Time had come to say bye to @Paytm 1. Started charging recharge fees in the name of platform fee 2. Pulled out all the benefits that were for Paytmfirstmember . 3. Even though now they stopped giving cashback points. @Paytmcare I was ur regular customer from 2013 & done +++

@Paytmcare Thank you, but that's a scripted reply which is of no help. Again, like I said, a 5x larger chunk of payment to the same card went through Cred and that was credited to ICICI in 2 hours. Yours must be a special package to not be visible even after 15 hours.!

@Paytm I hate to say but paytm has worst customer care service. My paytm account has been blocked for 3 month but they are not activating it. I have proved all the possible documents. But they just don't care. I have funds in paytm account stuck for 3 months.

@Paytmcare Still no update on the raised concern. @vijayshekhar your customer support team could not even deliver on a simple & small issue of wrong cashback. Please hire better support team who can provide timely solution. Disappointed.
