V v poor customer support service. My account is KYC verified n still my acc is put on credit freeze and @Paytm pathetic @Paytmcare is unable to resolve this issue since Saturday. All the open complaints have been closed without any resolution and now I have to file new ones! BAD

Hey @Paytmcare i dont think u really care for ur customers. I have registered 4 complaints with ur customer care, since february 2022, and I did not get even 1 resolution. Evry time I call they just say problem will be resolved within 24-48 hours. My latest cmplnt no.5023045365
