Hello @Paytmcare . Yesterday night(17 jan 2022 at 1:13Am). I did a recharge for jio number that recharge amount is 299. My amount is deducted from my Paytm bank but i didn't get any recharge from jio on this number and i was connect to jio care and they said this issue from paytm

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Today Lost your many year old customer 9990621711......because of wrong policy in paytm mall. I order 23000 phone and cancel after 10 minutes but no policy of cancellation!!! Mean Today I feel someone robbed me at my home. Really disappointed with payTm.

I added some money few days ago to buy some product from Myntra. I purchased it but had to return it for some reason. But since then, I haven't been able to withdraw that money to my bank acc or any other UPI acc from my @Paytm wallet. It seems @Paytm has blocked my wallet. Help!
