  If there is any worst customer service. I would say it's Paytm customer service. There is no chat service. I requested for closing my Paytm account. It's almost 1 month over and my account is still not closed. And now they have stopped replying me. Embarrassing! @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare I would like to inform you that I’m an existing customer of a postpaid account. I would like to close it permanently, I don’t need any pay later option available on Paytm anymore. Kindly do a favour to revoke the access of the postpaid section.

  @Paytmcare y it is so difficult 2 solve ne problem on paytm?Ordered/received fastag paytmMall order id:13442998228 but vehicle no. is not printed on fastag sticker. Customercare tel numbers r just a waste of time. Why can't the person come online 2 talk n sort out the problem?

  @Paytm This is cheater app dont use service like bill payment recharge if use then get disappointment if mone gone not will b refund more than 30 days i never got refund better thing is use mobikwik gpay or freecharge your money will be safe there.

  @paytmcare my payments with upi i reference no 111810858177 of rs 70000 dated 28-04-21 and upi rerence no 112045585925 of rs 29500 dtd 30-04-21 to upi id SAVERAPHARMA.28108229@hdfcbank even aftwr showing successful payment are not credited to above account. Please help.
