If there is any worst customer service. I would say it's Paytm customer service. There is no chat service. I requested for closing my Paytm account. It's almost 1 month over and my account is still not closed. And now they have stopped replying me. Embarrassing! @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare y it is so difficult 2 solve ne problem on paytm?Ordered/received fastag paytmMall order id:13442998228 but vehicle no. is not printed on fastag sticker. Customercare tel numbers r just a waste of time. Why can't the person come online 2 talk n sort out the problem?

Worst customer service from paytm that my friend is facing. He had done two payment of 30,000 and 10,000 accordingly. Ticket no 3144389581 and 3144849817. This is urgent. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare @Paytm
