If there is any worst customer service. I would say it's Paytm customer service. There is no chat service. I requested for closing my Paytm account. It's almost 1 month over and my account is still not closed. And now they have stopped replying me. Embarrassing! @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I would like to inform you that I’m an existing customer of a postpaid account. I would like to close it permanently, I don’t need any pay later option available on Paytm anymore. Kindly do a favour to revoke the access of the postpaid section.

@RVCJ_FB Isn't it max 10 txns each day? Looks like it has already enforced on @Paytm. But it doesn't look like a good move, given that we are promoting digital payments. I have been facing this limit issue recently and have to pay in cash sometimes.
