  @Paytmcare I would like to inform you that I’m an existing customer of a postpaid account. I would like to close it permanently, I don’t need any pay later option available on Paytm anymore. Kindly do a favour to revoke the access of the postpaid section.

  If there is any worst customer service. I would say it's Paytm customer service. There is no chat service. I requested for closing my Paytm account. It's almost 1 month over and my account is still not closed. And now they have stopped replying me. Embarrassing! @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare I have mailed and messaged you many times, but your email ID doesn’t work and your customer support hardly answers calls. Even if they pick up, they only waste time until we give up in frustration. In the end, you never solve the problem.
