@Paytmcare I would like to inform you that I’m an existing customer of a postpaid account. I would like to close it permanently, I don’t need any pay later option available on Paytm anymore. Kindly do a favour to revoke the access of the postpaid section.

If there is any worst customer service. I would say it's Paytm customer service. There is no chat service. I requested for closing my Paytm account. It's almost 1 month over and my account is still not closed. And now they have stopped replying me. Embarrassing! @Paytm @Paytmcare

I have @Paytm postpaid service in which i got limit of ₹14K/- but u guys send a bill of above ₹18K/- Many times I have complain this to @Paytmcare but no responce at your end. Even u penalty me ₹800. Now will u take any action or i have to go consumer forum regarding this.
