  If there is any worst customer service. I would say it's Paytm customer service. There is no chat service. I requested for closing my Paytm account. It's almost 1 month over and my account is still not closed. And now they have stopped replying me. Embarrassing! @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare y it is so difficult 2 solve ne problem on paytm?Ordered/received fastag paytmMall order id:13442998228 but vehicle no. is not printed on fastag sticker. Customercare tel numbers r just a waste of time. Why can't the person come online 2 talk n sort out the problem?

  @Paytmcare I want to complete my kyc at home because my nearest kyc center can't kyc my account... Because her mother not come to store if she is come then owner not in the center.. I face this problem from 1-2 months...

  Which yet not hv been deposited to card account and tomorrow is my due date .If this continues I am signing off from CRED , @Paytm still manage to credit the payments within seconds only issue with them is that they are still not been able to fetch the billed amount of all cards

  @Paytm Horrible support when you can't even solve basic queries. Calling paytm toll free no. for 4 days in a row 18001204210 with NO LUCK. Went to your preferred partner listed on you app to activate my fasttag / complete KYC and they say they can't do & to call customer care.

  @Paytmcare Sir, a request to please see the ground reality of your system. I am disappointed that being a long time customer, i am not getting solution to my problem from past 1 month. My wallet is frozen, my 6000/- in pending and more over submitted documents multiple times.

  @PaytmCybercell @paytm is fraud company. They don’t respond . They are ignoring customer messages. Their call care is trash
