Had the worst experience with @Paytm @Paytmcare I was on hold for 35 min but noone attended my call. Chatbot is completely unhelpful, there is no email ID you can write to. How do you expect customers to get their queries resolved? I can't login to my own a/c for 60 days!

@Paytm Your Fast tag is a scam. It automatically deducts parking charges without any update to the user or parking staff and the user ends up paying double. Support is pathetic.

@Paytm Settlement is pending as payments bank account is not active I cant do KYC as paytm is not allowing new KYC I cant add another account as my account name is registered with some else name Fraud App. They don't have any real customer support. That is why they are using twitter.
