@mukund_bubna @Paytm @vijayshekhar Customers are hesitant to ask if payment received or failed. Payments do fail at times. Shopkeepers do ask you to show the phone with confirmation. All this is embarrassing for both merchant and customer.

Made txn of Rs.1399.5 from SBI account to Avenues through @Paytm gateway for payment of Electricity Bill of @tsspdcl with Ref IGANXMAOA6 on 09Jul22. Money got deducted but credit is not showing up in @tsspdcl app. against service No. 102523352. Pls. resolve or return the amount.

@paytm I did receive a payment on 23rd June of my Paytm account the payment was sent my Paytm business account settlement. It is now July 10th but the payment has not been settled yet. I have tried my best to contact the Paytm help desk, but they have not responded to my inquiry.

Sender spoke to customer care on same day but he was said that it will get credited in 24-48 hrs. 2 days back again he was said that it will definitely be credited by Saturday EOD but still nothing happened. 1/2 @Paytm
