I made the payment for the Boat Airdopes 121 from official website of Boat via paytm. But my money was deducted from bank and the merchant didn't received the payment. Refund is still not received. It's been over 1 month and I've contacted paytm helpline 5-6 times. @Paytmcare

@Paytm your support services are pathetic. Chasing them since yesterday for a flight ticket modification. No one is assisting. Just delaying the process. One should never use your platform.
