It has been a really bad experience with @Paytm ... I am trying to close my Payments Bank account and the team is so damn slow. They keep asking for a cancelled cheque copy, having provided it already, they just won't process the cancellation @Paytmcare please take it on priority

After sending money to paytm wallet,it got stuck in it without KYC and all the center are not accepting the request. @Paytm @Paytmcare if you are not accepting new users don't let them send money in wallet. there's no way out now... help me with this problem
