    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar UPI tranct of 8220 with Torrent wid ref no 119105348112 dt 10Jul21 is said to be paid by u to them. Upon more than 20 calls/mails and 1.5 months the issue is yet hanging. Torrent says they hvnt got the money! Multiple tickets raised to PAYTM. Worst Exp !

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm For Login requirement of having SIM card in handset is more issue than help in security..2 factors authentication of password and otp can be better option and every time in authentication sending SMS from sim card is unnecessary burden on users like me who dont have free SMS.

    @UPI_NPCI @rushabh1223 @paytm This incident won't have happen if the Last scan QR Screen would have closed after few minutes Customer had done that last transaction around 30 mins ago .. The option of repeat Transaction should not be available. On QR scan The interface should be Standard for all app
