@Paytmcare I have been in contact with your customer care through a chat bot in your app. Money has been taken from my bank account but was never invested anywhere. I have not heard back from anyone after asking for a call for past 4 days. Is this how you treat your customers?

There are no customer care option to talk about this issue at @Paytmcare , only chat option available who close quary everytime without resolution..!!🤑even in mail they give auto answer and give link to chat..!! Is anyone in @Paytmcare who can talk to me on this?
