@Paytm I had raised a ticket 3 days ago there has been little to no help. On the other hand 24/7 helpdesk doesn't have CSE to talk to. Check DM.

@Paytmcare Hello paytm, it's been more than 48 hours money transfer didn't work and txn failed but money has been deducted from the payers account and your support is pathetic no way to contact them. Help on priority or will be forced to raise a complaint with RBI
