@Paytmcare Now not at all showing postpaid balance or postpaid option in the payment option. If not upgraded at least don't degrade by taking out the option of postpaid facility. It says couldn't reach server for fetching credit score?? Resolve the issue soon.

@Paytm I was about to create paytm wallet for my mother, while doing KYC when i entered my mom's Aadhar number it's showing me that this number is being used as KYC for another mobile number, which we have no idea, please help us.

@Paytmcare @Rajiv8021 It's also happened with me I used Paytm postpaid actively since the time when Paytm launched Postpaid services apart from user's interest and despite of regular clearance of dues suddenly Postpaid Service is withdraw, currently I also avoiding use of paytm account #paytmpostpaid
