@mpeastdiscom @Paytmcare @skshukla_ias MPEZ official contacted me today and informed about the status that bill has been updated and old pending is adjusted towards last payment. Thankyou for support the problem is solved, please close the complaint.

@Paytmcare My money got deducted from my failed transaction @Paytm I have already messaged to paytm 24x7 but didn’t get any response I even tried to call the customer service 30 times but they never answered literally worst service I also contacted SBI they say talk to paytm..

2/2 I don't know who are responsible for this, @JioMart @ICICIBank and @Paytm please resolve my issue and refund my amount and it should be credited in my Bank account .I don't have enough time for these kind of things. Last option is consumer court.Thank you.

@Paytm I am trying to resolve my query for my Paytm gold order placed on 5th Sept'21 via ticket ID 19853611. I cannot track my order. Paytm help is not interested in after sales service to meet customer needs. I need the tracking no./contact no. of the courier to track my order !

@Paytmcare Dear Team, I had not got any response in ticket raised in Paytm helpdesk and nor got any call from Paytm customer care I reiterated multiple times the issue is with electricity payment not with UPI issues as while using Apartment->electricity we are not getting payment option
