@mpeastdiscom @Paytmcare @skshukla_ias MPEZ official contacted me today and informed about the status that bill has been updated and old pending is adjusted towards last payment. Thankyou for support the problem is solved, please close the complaint.

Disgraceful customer service from @Paytmcare . I have no idea why they took 3k rupees from my account a month ago. Now they're totally ignoring me on this platform. Trying to call them gets you nowhere either. THey said they'd DM me, but didn't bother to. Now just ignoring
