@paytmbankcare There are multiple pain points at every stage of the process. Right from onboarding a customer to completing KYC, especially the customer support and UI/UX is extremely poor. Hope team addresses these issues. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

@Paytm Trying to reach your customer support executive but I am able to do so as there is no provision to talk with them. One of the worst customer support and services. Never ever opt to Paytm for any services.

@PaytmBank @Paytm Hi I'm facing some issues with Paytm postpaid , After I paid penalty charges for late paying , Still it's not working . My limit was Rs : 4,000 For over due I paid Rs : 5,321.60 Please look into this issue. I will wait for the resolution. Thank you.
