I ordered on @Swiggy and paid by UPI, an incomplete order was delivered, I spoke to Swiggy who could not offer me compensation for delay in a replacement order, @Paytm who asked me to contact my bank, @MyIndusIndBank rep basically asked me to **** off

@Paytmcare I have requested for my paytm postpaid account closure on 3rd sept. I have also received a message from Paytmcare. But now I am asked to pay 11.75/- due to convince charges. I am unable to pay the due amount. I am very badly disappointed about the service.
