Hi @Paytm & @Paytmcare, My ticket no. is 3254354306 for KYC'ed account recovery & duplicate account closure. My Paytm postpaid bill also due, in case of delay to resolve the issue, who will pay late fee of postpaid bill? Plz resolve issue ASAP before we going into this situation.

The @Paytm app interface is so awful. There is no way you can chat with customer care, there is no way to call and connect with an agent. My loan payment got debited but the status still shows as pending. How do I confirm this and with whom. #worseapp #paytm #shitapp
