@Paytmcare Already completed paytm video kyc 10 days ago but still no updates, already provided all documents to open paytm bank account still showing pls upgrade KYC. Paytm 24x7 useless always asking same template. worst support. Amazon support is great within 1 day kyc complete

@Paytmcare , when I opening tha banking section, it shows that a different sim is installed in the phone, although it is not and all other banking apps are working fine. I have tried reinstalling but still the same. Help ASAP
