@Paytmcare I took a personal loan from Paytm. My first EMI due date on 5th May 2022. But the extra charge will show on my pass book that is Rs.5778 instead of 5538. The due date has not finished. It is a fraud with me. I called customer care service but call didn't connect.

@Paytmcare I try many times to connect with customer care regarding my paytm postpaid PAN verification but not helpfull service. I also use paytm kyc and since last 1 year i use paytm postpaid and no due amount till now... But it's suddenly stoped.

How to close my @Paytm #paytm savings Bank account? I feel somehow #paytm is not transparent on letting the customer to close account. They are fully online banks. Then they should provide the facility. @Paytmcare @PaytmBank Please help me.
