    @mpeastdiscom @Paytmcare @skshukla_ias MPEZ official contacted me today and informed about the status that bill has been updated and old pending is adjusted towards last payment. Thankyou for support the problem is solved, please close the complaint.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare and they confirmed that the refund was initiated from their end and that Paytm, being the booking partner, has to process the refund. I raised a support ticket on 26 May 2026 (Ticket ID: 200011749289), 2/3

    Casual reminder to @Paytm @Paytmcare that "Unable to process the request" isn't a user retention strategy. Every time I click the "Close my account" button in the app, it fails. For weeks. You must have error logs, failing to fix this implies you like it as a feature? @consaff

    3 days ago an agent from Paytm came to me and gave me a sound box which stopped working the very next day and they also charged me money, now I am continuously calling but he is not picking my calls @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Paytm a big cheat company.Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.Unnecessary charges are taken by them.First they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer.That is our hard earned money.@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare It's been more than a month since I started encountering Error 61007 on Paytm. Despite trying every suggested fix, the issue remains unresolved. Interestingly, all other UPI apps are functioning without any problems on the same device. Requesting your team to prioritize this matter and provide a permanent resolution as soon as possible.
