@Paytmcare @Paytm I was going for a reschedule, your customer care team told me that I will get full refund 'after'checking with the airline policy reason why I went for cancellation. Now you guys are saying that it's not possible after the date of journey has passed. It's your mistake

The service of @Paytmcare Very good now a days,as you know, but sometimes we face some problems& try to reach for customer care at @Paytm But it was only part of timewasting .It's must to know problems of their customers& make a simple way of contacting for customer care
