    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare stop using an AI bot to call and harass B2B customers. AI bot is not a key account manager. B2B customers need actual human support.

    @Paytmcare Despite meeting all the conditions, I still received the same error. Because of this, I had to pay for my travel from my own pocket. I paid extra for ATP but didn’t receive a timely resolution. What is the purpose of this package if it cannot be used when it’s actually needed?

    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, What is my fault here, and why Paytm allow such kind of fraud operators to list their name on paytm, I don't know the operator I booked my tickets via Paytm and I have not get the service for which I paid, so should get refund or else I will escalate to higher level

    @PaytmCare @PaytmBusiness URGENT: I am unable to change my settlement setting to 'Next Day Payout' due to a continuous server error on your dashboard.     @Paytmcare This is a product policy n dark pattern interface issue, not an individual account error. I’ll not share private details over DM to be buried in a generic ticketing loop. Please escalate this directly to your compliance n data protection heads to fix your misleading ad loops!!

    I have recently changed the sim (same number) and paytm can't verify it for last 2 days. Your sms arrive late and by that time it is locked already. All other UPI apps are working fine. @Paytmcare
