    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I have been trying to close my Paytm postpaid account for the last three months. I have repeatedly raised concerns on the bot app regarding closing, but it does not close. Kindly help!

    @Paytmcare can't even talk to postpaid team on customer number.Only texting. But there's no option to talk to them directly. Only talking to automated computer generated messages.Please resolve.I understand your policy for convenience fees. But i dont wanna pay when i dont use it
