    My bus booking was cancelled by the operator a day before travel. I reported the issue on 8 July and was assured a resolution in 3–4 days, but it's now day 5 with no update or refund. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin Please resolve this at the earliest. Order ID: 27255988499.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare No response yet..? its been already 10 days I have raised a ticket immediately after the bus got cancelled with proof for the from the operator. But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund asap.

    Maybe @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin @Paytm should rename "Customer Care" to "Customer Ignore." It's been 10+ hours with zero response. Is acknowledging a customer's refund query really that difficult? Still waiting for an update on Booking ID: 27255988499.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?
