  @Paytmcare I made a credit card payment yesterday, but it has still not been settled or refunded to my account. The AI support bot on the app has not been helpful. I also contacted Paytm through X and was told that the amount would be settled within 8 hours. @RBI, please help

  Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm

  @Paytm Dear Paytm Support, This is regarding my flight ticket booking (PNR: 14N04D). I have already received official confirmation from the airline that my ticket has been refunded from their side, and the amount is to be credited within 15 working days. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund in my account, which clearly indicates unnecessary delay from Paytm’s end. I want to make it very clear: - The airline has already processed the refund. - Any further delay is solely due to Paytm. - I have been following up for days but have received no proper resolution. If my refund is not credited immediately, I will be forced to: - File a complaint on Consumer Forum (NCH) - Escalate this issue on social media tagging Paytm - Take legal action for harassment and delay Kindly treat this as urgent and process my refund without any further excuses.   @Paytm hi , i booked a flight ticket last night and it still shows pending and i cant cancel or modify. This is absolutely frustrating. Either solve this or allow me to cancel the ticket. Account is with phn number 7042486478. There is no help from the Help section on the app
