I checked your ₹500 payment and found that Bank of Baroda declined the UPI debit due to insufficient balance. No amount was deducted. Please check with your bank for any holds or pending debits. But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund as it's already been 10 days.
