    I do understand it may be too technical in detail, but as a customer; i feel i have never been helped out in this situation by @gpay @Paytmcare as they simply become 'just payment gateway' at that time! Now who will help us in these situations?

    Hello @Paytmcare @Paytm I had paid through Paytm on 4th (December) and today (7th December). The amount was Rs 40 and Rs 50 respectively. But on both the occasion my money got deducted but didn't settled in the payee account.3 working days have passed by yet to receive an update.

    @Paytmcare I have pay via paytm to merchant via online. Merchant not give me product I file file complain paytm told paynents was sucess there fore no refund I file complain to merchant they refund amount to my paytm account. But now paytm block my ac 9312767194
