  @Paytmcare Grievance Officer committed me to solve my issue on 29th Jul in written, till date no reply from him. Bad customer service ever. Paytm me koi thik se kaam nahi kar raha. Reply tak nahi dete ye log mail ko. Be aware while using any Paytm services

  @ltmhyd Previously I used @Paytm for recharge first I enquired with Paytm team they said I need to visit the metro station to get the issue resolved after 2hrs. it not got credited to my smart card after tapping the card even after 2hrs. Same has been escalated to @ltmhyd and resolved.

  @Paytm I have been fooled by the Paytm, A guy came to my shop to sell sound box and he told you will get 500rs back once you complete 18-20 transaction in a month but now customer care telling need to pay 250 more to stop. Need my money back @PhonePe_ Pls help with this tweet
