How does the Indian Govt allow sheer fraudulent practices by @Paytm without any oversight? PayTm encourages you to add money to the wallet and when you want to make a payment it it tells you that your KYC is incomplete. After you have located a KYC agent, it shows error. @RBI

@FreechargeCares i would request every1 not to use freecharge as the service of freecharge is very slow. No proper customer service. For faster service @Paytm is best.

@Paytmcare have raised ticket since yesterday for myself and my father till now no update whereas they say customer care executive will get back in 4 hours. No agent to chat and explain problem. Calls also are on waiting for half an hour. #poorcustomerservice

@Paytmcare I called customer care about my car fast tag recharge . The IVR call took 18 minutes to reach executive to talk and then the customer care executive put hold for more than 10minutes to transfer the call to another department.
