  @Paytmcare The problem is you can't go beyond your own hidden terms and conditions. Please refer you terms and conditions before assuring help. On payment page you showed as eligible for cashback once done nothing received when checked under order section it says only for first time users.

  @Paytmcare 2. False Information: Your support executive explicitly lied under Ticket ID: 200012727553 by stating only a "Gold Voucher" existed, which the screenshots clearly prove.

  Pathetic service from @PaytmCare I’m trying to cancel my bus booking Order ID: 27509910728, but the app isn’t allowing me to cancel it. I’ve raised the issue through Help & Support, but the ticket is being closed without any resolution. This is frustrating and unacceptable.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare @flyspicejet My SpiceJet flight was cancelled. SpiceJet Customer Care has confirmed that my refund was processed to Paytm on 12 Aug. Paytm has still not refunded my money. I have already raised a complaint and sent emails, but there is still no proper response

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @paytm my phone got stolen and the thief has setup new paytm upi and changed my upi pin and done the transaction worth rs 94,999 I have also lodged a cyber crime complaint when I login to paytm in my device it is showing no active session but he is actively trying to do payments

  @Paytmcare @kunalku04394536 Paytm, this is extremely disappointing. Multiple spending mandates are being processed across multiple accounts on the same day, and even after repeated complaints, they are neither stopped nor cancelled. Such poor handling very bad service @Paytmcare
