If u feel scaling Mt Everest is difficult, try reaching a human at @Paytm cust care @Paytmcare. It's impossible. If u find urself in an issue, the only recourse is bots. There is absolutely NO way to reach a human operator. What a shame for someone dealing in financial products!

@Paytm are asking for the same thing. This is seriously ridiculous. I have sent my credentials numerous times through 24*7 helpline still what I received is automated reply. When customers approach you, you should resolve their issues by adding value not just create nuisance.
