@Paytmcare But the customer care executive asked me to contact paytm since the recharge was done through third party. Let me how can get my refund back. I’ve already deactivated my paytm and now if this issue doesn’t solve I’ll stop using airtel as well.2/2

Dear @vijayshekhar and @Paytmcare your customer service really sucks...have tried calling ur 01204440440 customer care for my shop having merchant account facing problem with sound box...the hold period is longest i guess 25 minute, 18 minute and still call not attended

@Paytm @Paytmcare @RBI Paytm app is a third class app even the agents are not well trained they don't know how to resolve the issue from last six months they have blocked my ppbl account and still it's blocked i tried so many times to raised the complaint but no respong getting
