Hello @Paytmcare , on 11th November I blocked my paytm account and on 14th November, I requested my account to be unblocked, for it I have uploaded my selfie with the KYC document which was asked but no response from the 24x7 customer care chat still. Ticket ID is 3124937369

@Paytmcare @Paytm I have booked 2 movie tickets on 12/11/21.The show was cancelled and this was informed by management at theatre and told we'll receive refund.I didn't got any refund till now.Though I have contacted 24*7 customer support they raised a ticket & doing nothing.

@Paytm hello ....I have been facing issues with the patym payments bank .... I'm receiving money but I'm not able to pay when I scan.... I try atleast atleast 3 to 4 times n only then it works..... Plz fix this.... Not disappointed ... Just want u to fix this.. ASAP
