@Paytmcare Hi Team today not able use my paytm postpaid account balance is showing zero and in passbook balance is showing but while using the paytm postpaid it’s showing to upgrade your account and there is no option to upgrade. Kindly resolve the issue asap

@Paytmcare Sir, I have done payment of ₹50 to @UIDAI to update my demographic details in aadhaar. It is showing payment successful from your end but when I check in merchant's website it is showing payment still pending. And also money has been deducted from my paytm wallet.1/2

@Paytm, Worst ever experience with your so called 24×7 customer service.I guess just technology does not solve everything, I would prefer to ask my query, not what your Chatbot prompt me to ask. And your IVR option is anything, but understandable.
