    @Paytm Payment business team is the worst. There is no proper support system, unnecessary charges are applied, and the service is completely disappointing. It feels like a fraud company with zero customer care and no accountability. Very bad experience.

    Dear @PaytmCare, I’ve been chasing a resolution for unauthorized Soundbox charges despite having a 'Lifetime Free' plan. Despite multiple DMs and assurances, the issue persists. I need a permanent fix & refund today, or I’ll be forced to escalate to the Nodal Officer. #Paytm
