Hi i have done two payments of 199 rs each to my glamm website from my wallet on 3/8/22 But the payment was not processed by merchant site. Refund is not processed till today @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytm There seems to be some problem with Paytm. Every time we make payment it gets debited to our account but after sometimes Paytm informs payment failed amount refund initiated. Amount is not credited back to the bank even after many days. This seems to being done on purpose

@Paytm Paytm tells it refunded the amount to the bank, the bank says we have not received it now what we should do as both shirking each other’s responsibility. DM to either say problem resolved. What to do now? Whom to complain?
