@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney worst CX. Service ever if anyone wants to contact with CSR than sry u can't bcas there is no option to connect! Facing issue with postpaid but chatbots have no resolutions and you can't connect with any CSR because there is no option in IVR.

@OfficialDMRC some scam is going with delhi metro recharge. @Paytm is saying that they are not responsible for the issue and for calling on DMRC toll free number we have to do another recharge on my mobile to call them. What's this scam . @ArvindKejriwal

@Paytm @Paytmcare what is going on Paytm first of all you people are approving my paytm postpaid and gave me limit of 5k and while processing for KYC denied the limit what the heck is wrong with you guys can't you people for once provide a good service for once.
