Hi i have done two payments of 199 rs each to my glamm website from my wallet on 3/8/22 But the payment was not processed by merchant site. Refund is not processed till today @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare @Paytm What's your problem guys? Airlines has refunded 8474/- as refund because my flight has been cancelled. But Paytm has just credited 620/-. Is this some kind of joke? I have been fighting with you from more than an month now.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Still you guys have not cross verified my refund details with the airlines. How ridiculous is this? If you cannot deal with these kind of issues, better stop providing these services rather than troubling the customers.
