    @Paytmcare after filling my wallet and to finish KYC is the biggest hassle I have faced yet . I need to simply update my name with my original Adhar . Either refund my money back to credit card or sort this out . Ridiculous customer service

    @Paytm desperately wants to lose customer, what a wrost Call centre @Paytmcare has,first blocked my wallet due to KYC & their call centre is so annoying to make sure you move to competition..why Indian companies dont value their existing customers than acquiring new one 😥🤔

    @Paytmcare you have pathetic customer support service. I had booked a bus from Paytm app but the bus cancelled that too when I connect with the bus driver. Your app didn’t provide any info. After complaint I still not received my refund. Is this the service you are delivering?

    @Paytm @GetBookCAB The AC is broken. I paid for an AC Sleeper. I got an AC Seater. Now I don't even have the AC. I am sitting in a sealed metal box in May heat in Rajasthan with no window openings. This is not an inconvenience. This is a health hazard.
