Even after updating my account or completing the kyc in the end we receive a Bad request message with no solution.

The issue is there is no proper way to reach Paytm postpaid customer care team. The chat do not have adequate options, no call number on app, after calling no Paytm postpaid option and very difficult to reach human interface!
