    @Paytm hello I have been having alot of issues regarding KYC to be sorted there is no store available around me and no one picks up calls have been trying to do this for 5 days it's better if you send someone to complete my KYC not been able to use paytm 😑😑 please sort this out

    @vijayshekhar This is a serious issue and Paytm has goofed up !! Refund process prior to April 13 has not been processed just by Paytm while rest all have refunded this ! @consaff @Paytm @PaytmTravel

    My Sunday exhausted Visiting the bank where I was asked to fill a form and wait for few days. Why should I be the person solving such an error when the mistake is on part of the service provider @BankofIndia_IN @Paytm. Questions my trust in the bank service

    @Vijay68200965 @_PVRCinemas @Paytm This is not the only things that is not working at PVR. Their Tech team sucks . I don't know y don't hire a bunch of tech who can handel their Tech or else they are least interested in the user experience while booking their focus is on screens only .

    .@Paytmcare your 24-7 help is the most useless customer support I have ever encountered. Even after providing all the necessary documents, you still can't resolve the issue. At least assign a human to have a chat with the customer.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I have submitted my PAN details several times and still my KYC is not updated, very worst services and poor answers by the customer care service agents, they are really unawared with things, non-proficient and unable to answer the simple questions...
