    I have completed my rent payment via Paytm rent payment. Done it 50 hours still not credited money in landlord account. Talked to customer care 4 times in 50 hours but those people are saying there is no service for rent payment. Help me. @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @PaytmBank

    @Paytm @Paytmcare what a pathetic service by Paytm. I have my money added to my Paytm wallet but unable to transfer money to another account. Even after updating my account or completing the kyc in the end we receive a Bad request message with no solution.

    @Paytmcare i had already raised the issue on bot chat. The issue is there is no proper way to reach Paytm postpaid customer care team. The chat do not have adequate options, no call number on app, after calling no Paytm postpaid option and very difficult to reach human interface!

    @Paytmcare refund my 2800 to my credit card . This is utter fraud of not responding to customer for the past 1 week . Hanging someone for damn KYC . Just refund the money I just need to get out of this .

    @Paytmcare I am a registered merchant and using sound box for couple of years now. I had purchased sound box under one time plan of 1,999. However, i have recently being charged ₹125 as monthly subscription. Why is that so ? Paytm helpline number no one answers. Pls help

    @IDFCFIRSTBank is charging me ₹10 as convenience fee to recharge my fastag. And then more as gateway fee even from netbanking. Think will switch to @Paytm they never charged for my old one. Anyone else experienced this problem?

    Hey @Paytmcare @Paytm what’s the point of booking a Mumbai metro pass from the app when half the time I get logged out and cant login back again or your server is down and the pass isn’t accessible. What a waste of money!

    @Paytmcare When indigo airline cancelled the ticket and asked me to cancel I did cancel the ticket. However, paytm refund money after cancellation charges. When I try to reach to them, the call centre has no provision to talk to the customer.

    Today I knew that Paytm is more efficient than Fino because after my post Paytm asked me for issue whenever this is purely failure of Fino Payments whose kept the payment & not responding after post nor crediting the payment. @FinoPaymntsBank @RBI @Paytm
