    @Paytm @Paytmcare your app basically doesn’t have a help feature. The bit is beyond pathetic. Used to advocate you over gpay etc. order 202208141123440046 didn’t get cash back as offered in Social Carter Road. No way to even contact. Just not says here is discount to macD

    Finally got a new Fast Tag. Got rid of @Paytm finally. @Paytmcare Enjoy taking your business lightly with your pathetic service. And all the best getting KYC done with no partner shops having any clue on how to get the KYC done. Good riddance.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare You locked my account then after locking i saw what is the problem then it was written paytm kyc is pending i did paytm kyc thrice and my account is not working i went to surt i had to pay double fine I am at the toll plaza so what should I do now I am tired

    I had closed my Paytm soundbox and the QR scanner by speaking to customer care 6 months ago. However it's still not closed.@Paytm @Paytmcare @feel cheated

    @Paytmcare 4+ weeks since the @Paytm wallet is frozen. Unable to make payments via FAST TAG. The app asks for offline KYC at physical stores. Visited 4 stores today, as per the app. None have the know how on How to do the KYC. Such a pathetic company. Trash service.

    @Paytmcare after filling my wallet and to finish KYC is the biggest hassle I have faced yet . I need to simply update my name with my original Adhar . Either refund my money back to credit card or sort this out . Ridiculous customer service

    @Paytmcare I am not able to close my paytm postpaid account permanently.. there is no customer care helpline not able to even raise ticket through chat worst service if my postpaid account closure request is not been taken will raise this issue with @jagograhakjago.

    @RailwaySeva No still it is nor working.... So used netbanking and booked my ticket. I was using @Paytm no OTP is generated.

No amount was deducted. Please check with your bank for any holds or pending debits. Meanwhile, you can use your SBI account. I'm here if you need any help.
