The app asks for KYC, not online, but Offline on your KYC stores. And KYC stores have no clue about the process. I'm unable to use my damn Fast Tag which unfortunately is through @Paytm .

I have not heen able to pay my electric bills as this facility has been deactivated and to top it 24x7 help is also deactivated by paytm for no reason at all, have twweted here couple of times, till now no reply?

I tried to speak to help 24×7 but they just say we'll get back but nothing happens. Can I speak to a human voice? I feel cheated.
