The issue is there is no proper way to reach Paytm postpaid customer care team. The chat do not have adequate options, no call number on app, after calling no Paytm postpaid option and very difficult to reach human interface!

The app asks for offline KYC at physical stores. Visited 4 stores today, as per the app. None have the know how on How to do the KYC. Such a pathetic company. Trash service.

AI has been deployed in the name of customer care, it is not able to handle it, will customer all die out of frustration? I had just one small complaint that the money is coming directly into my account. Why do I need a business account? If I want to receive payment directly, then I can do it through any normal UPI.But you people or I closed your FIR directly without any solution, what nonsense is this?
