    @Paytm @vijayshekhar Hi, #paytm is now charging a fee called platform fee for mobile recharge..any reason why this charge..this becomes a big deterrent to use the service again.

    @Paytm 4. Paytm will never recover your old account. I shared my documents multiple times but no gain. After every 1 or 2 months they will issue a fresh ticket id. And u have to start from zero explain your issues and they will no reply easily. Nor conect call before 40-60 minutes.

    @Paytm 2. Next time my fastag is blacklisted due to low balance. And i am paying double toll from that day of January 2022 to till date of july. After call paytm customer care they informed that 2nd account is created on my number. Due to that my fastag data is stuck to old account.

    @Paytm do you even care about security of UPI users. Lots paytm UPI user is scamed just because you permit login even the SIM card is not inserted. If possible, kindly fix this issue. Other wise we have to disable paytm account. @RBI do you know the issue
