I want to return my laptop through @Paytm but the pick up partner wants to open the sealed product and the seller has specifically told me he will not accept the product if the seal is broken. I have asked @paytm to call me on my registered number but to no avail.

@Paytmcare I am asking when I placed add money order by clicking on offer 3x points then why other offer applied. Why paytm is not display applied offer like amazon, mobikwik, phone pe etc. It shows that paytm is not having customer friendly service and have intention to cheat customer.
