I have register complain on paytm and talked with paytm customer care and elaborate all the issue which I have faced sice last 24 hours.They said please confirm us after completion of journey this is our policies. @PaytmTravel @vijayshekhar @Paytm #worstpaytmservice #Nodiwali

@Paytm I have Paytm payment Bank saving account but there is biggest issue is deposit money in my account. Because here no nearby banking point and if banking point is available than every agent does charge for deposit money. Which is not good for saving account customer.

@Paytm booked a train ticket and money was deducted. But ticket was cancelled. Later got a message stating money will be refunded. It's almost 36 hours. Still refund was not initiated. Please resolve the issue

@Paytm do you have a customer service? When I am calling to your customer service and clicking on 9 to talk with agent for one pending transaction, it's not connecting and I am getting option click on 1 to go back and click 2 for main menu.
