@Paytm I want to close my paytm postpaid account. Because he takes unnecessary convenience fees and If the fee is not deposited, then they add charges along with the late fee.I am seeing this whole problem after making full payment of postpaid.

Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm plz help me to speak to a customer care executive. Rs 1770 was transferred to a person who don't use paytm and his wallet is not active. However money has been deducted from my wallet. The recepient didn't receive the money as he don't use paytm.

@Paytmcare i want to close my paytm postpaid and the response I'm getting is that it will be deactivated in next billing cycle i.e. 8th April but i haven't used it in march i.e today. I have cleared dues of February. So it should get deactivated by 8 march. Pathetic service
