@OfficialDMRC @Paytm And the "no commonsense customer care" don't even have a correct answer when the service would resume. Asked for refund, they said you can travel anytime till expiry. What is the use case of traveling by metro if I reach the airport after flight has left?

@Paytmcare It's a real pain to find ways to speak to your customer care. I'm really annoyed, it takes so much of time to find ways to reach you. I am going to close my account with PayTM. End of story. It is sheer harassment.

I’ve been using Paytm wallet 4 more than 7 years now. Wallet was kept on freeze 10 days back. I’ve reached out 2 Paytm Support for unfreezing it. Ref#3178457688. No response…Can you help? @Paytm @Paytmcare Trying 2 reach ur toll free number seems like u r out of ppl 2 respond.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I am not able to use my wallet and even not able to do kyc.if paytm has done some fraud and he has been asked to stop kyc by RBI? It has been almost 3 week and there is no way I can talk with callcenter person to resolve issue.very stupid wallet app.
