@Paytm @Paytmcare is automatically deducting the amount to zero, there is no option to speak to the customer care executive and if the ticket raised through the application without any rectification or resolution they close the raised ticket automatically. Please answer @Paytm

@Paytm despite paying ₹850 my Fastag is still not working and I am paying double of toll fees at almost every toll! On top of this, your support system sucks. Nobody picks up the calls, the chats (with bots) end up in a blind alley where it asks for an image of the error!
