Maine Paytm se payment bhi successfully kiya, lekin mujhe koi cashback receive nahi hua. Order ID: 234258549237360 UPI Ref No: 602140220361 Yeh misleading offer hai.   @Paytm @MoCA_GoI please help as Paytm is not replying on this. International roundtrip flights are cancelled by operator but Paytm is not responding. I had booked tickets through @Paytm . I have the cancellation confirmation from the airline operator as well. Already sent to paytm

  @Paytmcare Update: @PaytmCare confirmed refund on March 27 and said 3-5 working days. It has been 8 working days and still no refund. App shows "Processing Refund" but nothing credited. Cybercrime complaint active. Will escalate to RBI Ombudsman if not resolved by tomorrow.
