    @Paytmcare @SuryodayBank I made a payment using my Paytm postpaid credit line, and the payment failed, but funds were deducted from my credit line account. It's been three days now and the funds haven't been refunded. Customer care isn't providing any support. This is a terrible service.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Your UI sucks. As a customer, why the hell it is so difficult to find my stuffs on your app. Every week your UI changes, i feel like using a different app. Had done 3.5 lks of FD, running daily sip. Can't see/access a section where I can check
