@Paytm I'm a premium Paytm postpaid customer. My complaint was registered 6 days back. Till now I got no follow up call and whenever I go online it says you will contacted within 4 hours but get no response. I will be just closing my account with you. Worst customer service

@Paytmcare Issue with Paytm postpaid. I had already paid due amount of postpaid account within time limit, however late payment charges are levied on my postpaid account. Ticket for the same is already raised vide ticket id 22098243083 before 4 days ago but reply is still awaited. Poor ser
