@Paytmcare I have been facing issues with my Paytm app as I can’t add money to the wallet. The worst part is that no help extended. Calling customer care means simply hearing to automated messages. Do you think I will go to Noida office all the way from Gurgaon?

Why is it so hard to reach your customer care operators @Paytm. Its so confusing that one would rather loose money than wait for the unlimited options. Why not just have a cutomer care number instead?
