I want to raise case against @Paytm I sent money RS 1500 to my friend's Paytm merchant account three days back but still he didn't recieved money .when he called to customer care there are giving response that money credit to someone business account. How it will be possible.

I opened new account with same mobile.both accounts are to be merged. Paytm says it will take 15 days. Have to pay double amount at toll plaza with no fault of mine. Why I could not buy new tag of other company or pay by credit card. Please help. @Paytm @Paytmcare
