@paytmbankcare @Paytm I have registered a complaint 3242089858 for fraud that took place around 3:42 pm on 23/11/2022 and your customer service is very inefficient and slow to assist in such incidents. It seems like Paytm is running such fraud campaigns.

@paytmbankcare @Paytm @RBI Account with fake Paytm Twitter handle initiated a transaction of 12000 rupees today and I immediately registered a complaint with Paytm Fraud helpline 3242089858 as per RBI guidelines you must refund or waive off this amount with in 3 working days.

The power of social media. @paytm now immediately call up and are willing to discuss the problem and also close the account. If not for this medium, it was a case for escalation to the ombudsman.
