  @Paytmcare As per Paytm support team suggestion, I sent an email to the Paytm Bank nodel officer. He transferred my ticket to the Paytm nodel office. Now Paytm nodel officer is transferring my ticket to some other department. What are they doing, i really don't know. @vijayshekhar

  @vijayshekhar . You hv d worst customer care support ever seen. One can meet the God but it's impossible to reach to ur c care IVR. It took me 2 days to talk to agent. Issue still not resolved. Agent is so rude. Talk like doing some favor on me. @Paytmcare @Paytm

  Hey @Paytm i booked tickets it was failed but i didnt got any refund.. But it is showing money was refunded in paytm wallet but balance showing is zero but pls resolve this issue asap pls
