    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare even Customer care is not Reachable they say press 9 to contact rep. pressing it goes back to 1 for previous menu 2 for main menu. @jagograhakjago I need my money back . The person whom I have paid is saying no.

    @Money9Live @Paytm @paytm Seller sent #fraud product, Custm Care harassed for returning it. Then extensive communication. Return accepted. Now their courier service did fraud. Didn't visited my address, remarked that I didn't gave them the defective product. Bunch of frauds. #fraud #paytmkaro

    @Paytm Why are you guys not accepting E-Pan as a valid document for KYC, multiple times my kyc has been rejected saying this pan isn't valid however Government of India clearly states that E-Pan is to be considered a complete equal of a hard copy. Kindly solve this issue asap.
