@Paytm @vijayshekhar Ur CC team is just solving the tickets without resolving the problem. Pathetic!! Since 2 weeks they are blaming @airvistara "airline has not refunded the amount, airlines has not confirmed refund" but the reality is that airlines have confirmed about refund
