@vijayshekhar 1. Assign relationship manager for every paytm bank account holder. 2. Remove chat bots and assign good English speaking customer service executives. 3. If one of transactions is disputed don’t force the user to repay it 4. Your UPI system is unsafe. @Paytmcare #uninstallpaytm

what ****. Paid on @airbnb via @Paytm. amount was deducted from my bank account + Paytm wallet but no booking happened nor has there been a refund. Paytm says check with merchant, merchant says check with payment partner @PayUindia. Airbnb, give me a salary & I’ll do your job

@Paytmcare Please share your email id where I can send my complaint. Why are you escaping from providing a working customer care email-id. It's a basic and essential way to Provide customer a channel to connect with the company. Unfortunately, You are not providing any such channel.
