@Paytmcare I have sent Rs. 4,800/- on PayTM through UPI ID on 28-02-2022. The said amount was debited from my account. Since it is not been credited to receivers's account nor my account. I have raised the ticket in PyTM Help care. But no use. Again raised tkt id 3157104290.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar App sucks a lot there's no proper customer support. I have been trying to reach customer support executive, but there's no ivr option to talk with an agent, just bunch of ivr garage, press 1,2 3 etc. That's why your ipo failed and it will be 0. #Paytm

@Paytmcare I have shared the details in DM. Faced the same issue this morning too. I am not sure if the transaction happened. I entered the pin and it said there was some error on bank side. I'm being forced to stop using PayTM.
