It's good decision to close Paytm post paid as I lost 12000 for no mistake of mine. Money fraudulently withdrawn from Paytm post paid account. So far they have not solved issue since two months

When we contact your support they ask for snapshot means paytm has no database. Should we keep track/snap of all transactions?
