So I paid @Paytm Rs 150 on 28 Aug 22 for KYC at home. Neither they visited for KYC nor they have returned my money. I even raised a service request, but it was closed without solving the issue. What a Scam? You should close down @Paytmcare. No doubt @Paytm is going down.

@Paytmcare,I saw paytm team provide very pathetic services for paytm user. I wrote mail last week but till I waiting for reply. I recommended to all paytm user dont use paytm app or any service which is provided from paytm side. It is my personal experience to paytm.

@Paytmcare i am unable to make my paytm postpaid payment. Trying to make my due payment before my due date But unable to make it as it directly shows as processing with the payment and it doesn't asks for which account, the amount should be debited. Also no support from cust care

More than 2 days passed and was told that in 48 hrs the money will credit into my account back but still no answer from Paytm. Their A.I. chat still showing the same bullshit msgs ..@PaytmMoneyCare @Paytmcare plz help me get it resolved soon.
