@Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic experience with paytm, they don't value their customers and have no empathy. Not able to Money in paytm fasttag wallet. Tried everything, called multiple times to customer care but everyone is making fool.

@TanMayISpillTea @KadambaLimited @Paytm The conductor refuses to take it citing reasons like it's not working, we don't know to use etc... In the transition to cash free that's a hurdle. Even if i want to teach them, they have ego with letting the machine to me...

@Paytmcare it's very disappoint to see paytm customer executive just cut off the phone in middle of the conversation while saying my problem the executive just hang up the phone, that was very awful and shame about such big payment company help me out.
