@Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic experience with paytm, they don't value their customers and have no empathy. Not able to Money in paytm fasttag wallet. Tried everything, called multiple times to customer care but everyone is making fool.

@Paytm @Paytmcare #Paytm Its already your date of refund is ending and still i didnt got. Initially , I was given date 10 May, then 31May. Its already more than one month passed since spicejet refunded my money to you. Its really more than enough and shame on paytm service

@Paytmcare @Paytm @DGCAIndia Booked flights in March 2020 which got cancelled due to the pandemic and have still not received the refund, even after several emails and calls to which there was no response. I am severely disappointed in customer service and hope to get refund

@geekyranjit I use @Paytm the most. As a payment app, face little to no issues while doing UPI transactions whereas in other apps there is always some issue from time to time.

i have taken paytm box on feb 21st by paying service charge of 500 with in 2 days it was not wrkng i call cc and said the same they asked handover the box to the paytm mber he has came and taken till now i hvnt recved the box im waiting from last 4 mnts @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness
