Day before yesterday my brother has paid @Adani_Elec_Mum bill and i was unaware of it and when I paid it yesterday with @Paytm they accepted it. How is it possible ? Once paid, it shows that the bill is paid. Same happened with @mahanagargas bill. Please help me in getting refund
