  @Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic experience with paytm, they don't value their customers and have no empathy. Not able to Money in paytm fasttag wallet. Tried everything, called multiple times to customer care but everyone is making fool.

  Paytm a big cheat company. Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.. unnecessary charges are taken by them. first they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer. That is our hard earned money. @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare that there is some error on our side so the amount will be reversed within 48 hours and now the supervisor mandeep on helpline advised me that he is taking this to concerned team and then he disconnected the call and then keshav from @Paytm @RBI

  @Paytmcare No response on calls or support tickets. Cancellation isn’t working and my refund amount keeps decreasing. Resolve this immediately or I’ll proceed with a consumer complaint.@Paytm @vijayshekhar
