    @Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic experience with paytm, they don't value their customers and have no empathy. Not able to Money in paytm fasttag wallet. Tried everything, called multiple times to customer care but everyone is making fool.

    @safiranand Yeah management was speaking about restarting Paytm payment bank. How it’s irrelevant when regulator is still not conviced about the management ability to resolve the issues ? Truth js management has failed to resolve the issue to convince rbi. It’s pure failure of @paytm mgmt

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Booked an AC bus via Paytm and in this scorching heat at noon time where the temperature is 40° AC is not working in the bus, who is responsible? It's really suffocating and frustrating. Please check and fix else refund the amount with compensation.

    @Paytmcare I’m unable to complete VKYC for my Paytm Payments Bank account. My name was earlier “Satyender Yadav” but now updated to “Satyender”, due to which VKYC is failing. Please assist in resolving this issue at the earliest.

    @Paytmcare 200011294603 Still not resolved.. i think ya all need to focus on ur customer service rather than putting all ur moneys in ai . I think ya all have sacked ur employee coz I have dmed multiple times on insta n nobody is responding over there. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @Paytmcare i did ome payment of meesho through paytm upi on that time when I selected paytm upi then it's show flat 40 cashback offer but after txn I get nothing for the same I raise my concern with paytm care but they did accept this issue but denied for cashbak so hlp
