Now I understood why @Paytm services is not hyped now.The customer service is very pathetic. There is so much great services from other digital platforms but this sucks.They say they are 24*7 but don’t solve queries,on call they just promises but later ignores.@Paytmcare #paytm

@Paytm - Second Strike - Repeated failure of delivery on time, Inspite of emailing your customer support, you don't care to reply back Your unintelligent whatsapp BOT is at best a stuck VCR. Your automated 24x7 is a just a IVR NO Proper resolution yet. @vijayshekhar - FYI
