@Paytmcare pathetic experience with paytm, they don't value their customers and have no empathy. Not able to Money in paytm fasttag wallet. Tried everything, called multiple times to customer care but everyone is making fool.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare I called customer service everal times but they always said like ohh we can't do anything your actions are suspicious and whatever but when I asked them what actions they just can't say,u( paytm) don't care about customers anymore. Very sad 😔.

@IRCTCofficial We are facing issues with @Paytm payment gateway. After UPI payment the page is not loading (Technically the Callback URL is not working/loading). 2 of my transactions of different banks are stuck. Amount got debited but not ticket confirmation. Kindly resolve ASAP

@Paytm @Paytmcare @FinMinIndia Complaint No. 62731024. Charges deducted at 3% + GST for diners card swipe done by customer. We were never informed about different charges for different Credit Cards variants. We should do business or keep asking customer about type of card ? 3%😡

@Paytm I had booked bus tickets thru paytm, but I didn't travel and cancel tkt. But it not canceled due to your technical issue. Now ur 24×7 team and costumer care team refused request and denying to refund amount. Pls resolve. Worst app Paytm !

@Paytm it seems Paytm is not following guidelines and circular of NPCI. Biller I’d created by NPCI on 21st Oct is not yet visible on paytm app , where as deadline is 14 working days. MDM file not refreshing
