@Paytm - Guys what kind of customer service do u provide? Unable to apply a Cash back promo offer coz ur app doesn't show the button for it. Desktop says offer is valid only on Paytm app. Customer service option on app has no facility to log such issue. #sham #SCAM @vijayshekhar

9. Been flwng up with @Paytm regularly but receive the same response- "We have recd req. query being worked upon, frwd to refund team". Today smthing new- on explaining problem to 2 different @Paytmcare executives put on hold to 20 & 30 minutes with no one returning back to call
