My ₹843 is still stuck, and the insurance company has confirmed they have not received the payment. Kindly check my DM and resolve this issue at the earliest.   How much more time is required to fix a basic customer issue? This kind of delay reflects a serious lack of customer support and accountability. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the way my complaint has been handled. Such a prolonged delay is unacceptable. @Paytm
