  @Paytmcare If u don’t understood the issue, here it is, how come the gift card got redeemed on 6-6-26. On 5-6-26 the gift card is in valid state, u tried to redeem at pvrinox. But the code isn’t working. How it got redeemed on 6-6-26? Rather than expired on march-19-26? Kindly read tweet

  @Paytmcare Hi Ria, What is my fault here, and why Paytm allow such kind of fraud operators to list their name on paytm, I don't know the operator I booked my tickets via Paytm and I have not get the service for which I paid, so should get refund or else I will escalate to higher level

  @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.
