@IndiaCinepolis @Paytm Can we add the feature to change date of movie tickets. It's awful that if someone books ticket buys mistake then he has to bear full cost. Additionally there is no customer care to call.

Hi @Paytmcare ,@RBI I had order card swap machine one month ago but it was not delivered to me yet , I called multiple times to customer care they forward my call to senior authorities where no one pick the call even after waiting for 2-3 hours. I am very frustrated and furious.
