surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare is the worst customer support service ever. They just cannot face their customers' issues directly and there is no direct way to reach them. Disappointed massively with a mess of support that you folks have created. Timid is the word that comes to mind.
