@Paytmcare I never faced any such issue in UPI transaction in the past. Once it was done when I was using GPay then I stopped using GPay n removed that application from my phone. Should I stop using Paytm UPI as well?

I logged in to my Paytm after a gap of 3 months, can see my account is fully reset with all balance to zero and services like fasttag not being available. Trying to connect customer service since last 1.5 hour and still they are BUSY. WORST SERVICE @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare U r still asking for more time to resolve it, how much more? My 4 payments from wallet after this issue r also not added in that promotion. When r u going to resolve that? U r kept asking for more time in DM n its not fair at all. Give me a TAT of the resolution.

Dear @PaytmBank @Paytm i'm facing problem in my paytm payment bank app when i open my passbook or bank or want to pay, it taks minimum 2 to 5 minuts to open sumtimes i have to pay cash and it isn't only individual problem my brother is having the same problem please do something.

@Paytmcare Yeah but how much time will it take please tell me one month or one year??, This is an issue that happened almost 15 days when you will take the action and resolve the issue , the other payment apps will go very fast when we see these type issues ..
