Too bad experience with paytm. It creates my new account while logging in existing account and my clients paid me money in wallet is stuck in existing account @Paytm @Paytmcare and their customer care is also not solving the issue 👿

@vijayshekhar I’ve uploaded 23 documents to get my account reactivated on @Paytm for my MIL. @Paytmcare has had me running in loops. Wonder what’s happening with other Sr citizens who dont get help. It’s horrendous service to say the least.

@Paytmcare I booked bus ticket on paytm for journey of 12th Feb. Bus broken down in source city itself. But there is no refund till date even after raising support tickets on paytm. PNR: 154653982. Orange tours and travels. Pune to Hyderabad.
