    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness POS issue is now resolved and new machine is working. However, ₹3008 taken by agent Vishnu Sagar (+91 8770862325) under false pretext is still unresolved. Requesting refund and strict action against the agent. Ticket: 500007902909

    @OfficialDMRC @Paytm Booked Delhi metro ticket T1 via Paytm. UNUSED as staff said not accepted & asked new one. As per DMRC, unused tickets refundable within 60 min I am within time. No Refund. Helpline 155370 not working. @MoHUA_India #DelhiMetro #DMRC #DelhiAirport

    From September 2025, I am facing an issue of UPI transactions failures in Paytm app and the reason for failure is “UPI RISK POLICY” I am using @Paytm from last 2-3 years and the experience is amazing without any failures but the problem started in September last year.

    Absolutely unacceptable service by Paytm. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been ZERO response on my refund. Ticket IDs: 200011257375 & 200011295667 Airline has already processed the refund to you. why delay? Stop holding customer money and take accountability. @Paytm

    @paytmbankcare I’ve shared my number multiple times in DM w/o any response,I can’t withdraw money,I can’t use money in any of purchases,I can’t reach out to support executive due to no provision in app, chatbot not helpful, is there anyone in @Paytm who can help resolving it. @vijayshekhar

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm
