    @Paytm @Paytmcare i have raised a complaint of triple charging thrice at kusgaon toll kamshet , but paytm is justifying charge by sending khalapur toll rate chart . no refund yet it's disgusting fastag has said its paytm problem ,and paytm is not bothered about the fraud

    @vijayshekhar You have a very worst customer care team, or social media team who never solve issues.Just replies that we are working on it. It’s been 5 days and I have been saying to unlink my Aadhar frm a mobile number which I no longer use. Issue not solved @Paytm @Paytmcare

    What're you doing with me ?... Paytm. One side you're saying that postpaid service is free of cost and other hand you're charging Rs 25.74 every quoting convenience charges!! Just stop this otherwise I'll stop using postpaid services as well as Paytm app. @Paytm

    @Paytm how do i close my postpaid account? There is no human executive at all. Even the chat and customer care number has pre-defined questions which don't address my issue.

    @Paytmcare You didn't have customer number for paytm postpaid didn't have email ID or there no chat option available for complaint First stop fraud with customer and solve the issue Wrong charges has been charged to me refund my 81.42 Rs and delete my paytm postpaid account. #paytmfraud

    @Paytmcare hi. My bill was generated today for a postpaid amount. When I clicked on the notifications it showed me “convert it to EMI” option. Clicked on it, showed error, restarted the app, now it asks me pay in full. @Paytm @PaytmPostpaid__
