@Paytm First stop automatically unlink of UPI from bank account many times irritating while checkout from store. We peoples trust you among less failure on UPI payment but the above mentioned problem happening repeatedly you will loose trust from peoples

Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm plz help me to speak to a customer care executive. Rs 1770 was transferred to a person who don't use paytm and his wallet is not active. However money has been deducted from my wallet. The recepient didn't receive the money as he don't use paytm.

@Paytmcare i want to close my paytm postpaid and the response I'm getting is that it will be deactivated in next billing cycle i.e. 8th April but i haven't used it in march i.e today. I have cleared dues of February. So it should get deactivated by 8 march. Pathetic service
