@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare @Paytm it takes 25 min for a supervisor or manager to come on call avg time on customer care is 40 min. Seems it to be a MCD OFFICE Where no managers or higher official are available. And this is how they want to lead

@Paytmcare 7. At midnight 15 more transactions happened. Some fail some pass. 9 pass. 8. I see messages in the morning. 9. Try paytm app to report issue. To find out Paytm app is useless for folks with problem. No usefull customer care number 10. Provide details to @Paytmcare on Twitter.
