@PaytmMall Ek order kiya hai aj apke paytm se mobile ph prepaid.Usko cancelled karna hai but cancel ka koi option nahi hai likh raha h cancel not allowed.or apke shoping me customer care bhi gayab h very good.but Wlwhat is this solve my this query immidealty @Paytmcare @Paytm

@paytmbankcare @Paytm @fastagofficial We y'all said, even though my KYC is done.. My fastag is not working. I had to pay double charges at tollgate even though i had money in my wallet. Plz cancel my fastag and give the refundable amount back. Will take other bank's fastag. Thank so you much.

@Paytmcare do you really connect with your customers when they raise any complaint? I have been trying to explain to your team about an issue that is with the paytm, but I keep getting a standard response asking me to click on a link which is also not working!
