  @paytmbankcare @Paytm you have very bad customer care service. Your representative doest not accept call after 8 minutes .it's highly tortured. My ten thousand return please. It's very urgent. I am in very problem. U gave me 2 days but it's after 3 days..

  It seems that @Paytmcare doesn't want to address customer grievances unless getting insulted on digital platform. Raised a ticket 2 days ago still no respond where it was to be reverted back within 4 hours. Lost my trust. Not going to use @Paytm anymore

  @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare shame on PAYTM customer care. Team is not able to solve the issue of POS and soundbox within 25days of time and still says YOUR REQUEST IS UNDER PROCESS. Very poor after sales service, executives are totally useless, helpdesk is useless too
