    Maybe @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin @Paytm should rename "Customer Care" to "Customer Ignore." It's been 10+ hours with zero response. Is acknowledging a customer's refund query really that difficult? Still waiting for an update on Booking ID: 27255988499.

    How many ages more will you take to solve a simple flight booking issue?? @Paytmcare @Paytm if you're not competent enough to complete that booking why have you deducted money? Even if it's deducted what is taking so long to initiate for a refund?????

    @Paytmcare still haven't received the new policy. I am extremely disappointed with the service from both Paytm and Tata AIG. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. Please help me and issue my policy as soon as possible. I am very worried. Thank you.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm You and your team are the most unprofessional service providers out there. Your representatives from Jalgaon, Maharashtra strung us along for 2 weeks to get a damn QR code approved, took at least 25-30 OTPs, harassed ******** out of our staff and now they are asking for more documents. This led to loss of business because we had to use a personal QR code to accept payments. We are now going ahead with @PhonePe and I will make it a point to strongly recommend people to NOT use your services. Rot in hell ********.

    My bus booking was cancelled by the operator a day before travel. I reported the issue on 8 July and was assured a resolution in 3–4 days, but it's now day 5 with no update or refund. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin Please resolve this at the earliest. Order ID: 27255988499.

    I am Facing financial harassment by @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness . Unauthorized Soundbox activated on MID uTAcde80738085895055 without consent. ₹155 deducted for a non-existent device. Support ignoring Case 200012302389. Resolve immediately before I escalate to @RBI Ombudsman.
