Paytm do not refund money to customer. I have paid merchant Rs1100 ..first it was pending then success ,merchant didnt receive money but amount deducted from my bank reference id 112556549404.. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank .refund asap #paytm

@Paytmcare @Paytm I recharged my bsnl number , the amount got deducted from the account but the recharge was successful but the service provider is still saying “insufficient balance” seems amount deducted recharge couldn’t be processed, please refund the deducted amount asap!!
