    @Paytmcare Hi Team, There is no option to connect with a live agent on Paytm. Every time it shows me a ticket that is being worked. Why can’t you tell me the timelines by when can I expect a revert or refund on my issue. Will refrain next time to use Paytm for vouchers. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytm the most pathetic service- its a scam I booked a flight from mum - blr, when i tried to check in, it said it was cancelled, no one contacted, neither is there any helpdesk to answer your queries, you will just be redirected by the ivr from one extention to another

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar it's very wrost service I raised issue couple of days didn't respond properly i paid assurance amount 580 somthing where is my travel voucher it's really disgusting service no one respond properly
