@Paytmcare undoubtedly the worst cc service. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since March. Raised at least 12-15 tickets on the app, tried to contact thru calls, emails. Special mention to the absolutely non sense cc service section in the app as well as the IVR.

@Paytm We understand your concern. Please note that Paytm may charge a very nominal fee for using Paytm App or Website to do Mobile Recharges. This charge is applicable for all payment methods and is displayed on the payment page before you proceed with the recharge.

Dear @Paytm Frusted from your services & you Support team. Previous Ticket : 3184570969 Closed without any resolution. After that I call paytm call support they again raised new Ticket : 3195248473 for same case. And again closed this ticket also without any resolution.

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare The service after the purchase of sound box is pathetic or the worst. Although they charge fee every month they are not ready to help in issues. They can pick up replacement sound box but cant deliver to same place and will say location is undeliverable
