@Paytmcare Hello, I made a payment of Rs 128/- to a merchant delivery guy. The payment was reflecting as debited from my Paytm wallet and sent to the merchant but the merchant did not receive it. I tried calling the customer care only to end up with a chat bot. Please reply.

I logged in to my Paytm after a gap of 3 months, can see my account is fully reset with all balance to zero and services like fasttag not being available. Trying to connect customer service since last 1.5 hour and still they are BUSY. WORST SERVICE @Paytm @Paytmcare
