    @Paytmcare The option on the app doesn't work. If it isn't working. How will a screenshot work ? Have about replicating the issue from your end. Have you tried that ? Or is reducing customer's effort OR solving your own problems first hand not one of my motto ?

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar Why I'm unable use my wallet even after doing KYC again & again. Your customers service is worst cuz it's unable to connect with a person whom I can talk. These ****** bots don't work. Raised number of queries no answer from you guys.

    @Paytm, @Paytmcare currently am not able to access my store value pass for Mumbai Metro nor am able to raise a complaint from the app. Is there any issue. When it is expected to be resolved.
