    @Paytm @Paytmcare Yesterday I've tried to book Tickets on IRCTC via paytm postpaid but two transaction is failed but yet my money is not refunded in my paytm postpaid account. There is no help support/No contact number for paytm postpaid users on your app. Please help me ASAP.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Your DM are of no use, as you still are clueless on providing a resolution timeline for a paying customer who has raised a genuine issue for than a week ago. You are denying a legally paid service deliberately, as breach of contract. I will most prbly move elsewhere
