@Paytmcare can i please know why was my postpaid account was blocked even after clearing dues on within time. The account is blocked from past 16 days. Or is that service used by you to just scam users like us who trust you with paying about 20% of our salary..?

Not satisfied with the customer service of @Paytm @Paytmcare. They say that we have raised the ticket and will get back to you within 4 hours but it's been 12 days nothing happened.
