  @Paytmcare you have pathetic customer support service. I had booked a bus from Paytm app but the bus cancelled that too when I connect with the bus driver. Your app didn’t provide any info. After complaint I still not received my refund. Is this the service you are delivering?

  @Paytm @Paytmcare Unable to complete my KYC and your support team has been of no help at all. No resolution, no guidance, just left on my own. Absolutely terrible customer support experience.
