    @Paytmcare 0% customer satisfaction. 2 transactions wrongly transferred & my bank issue a charge back but @Paytmcare denied to refund my ₹10,000. Pls don’t use paytm.

    @GabbbarSingh Paytm is least secure most complicated in case of KYC issue .. recently I lost alomost 9k in KYC updation fraud @Paytmcare Paytm done nothing to get my money back it's horrible experience I recently faced

    @Paytmcare Your system is horrible.Due to network problem received OTPs late and could not use them. Now I repeatedly get same message that OTP LIMIT reached and blocks login but doesn't tell what should I do now to login. Your customer care is of no use despite two feedbacks

    @OfficialDMRC @Paytmcare I have done recharge of 200 rs on paytm card. It is done successful. But wen i tried in evm it is not showing. I did multiple complaints on paytm care dmrc help They are blaming each other for this issue Card no.83220409 Please help

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm Dear Sir, I hv face the problem payment of paytm wallet, I hv sufficient balance in my paytm wallet but can't use, when use wallet use for payment there show no balance in A/c, I already complaint on dated 16th Aug ref. No. 135887205 but no solution till date

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm Today also call to paytm care but same responses, that we transfer your call to wallet n wallet dpt. says transfer your call to KYC dpt. Mr. Khushal ans Simran says , sir your KYC already done, but what is the problem don't know sir, 19th Aug. Q.ref.136247432
