@Paytmcare Nevermind, I fixed it myself. Communicating with you guys was just waste of time. You just kept asking for screenshots and to login logout, restart, uninstall and install, check version like activities which was all wastage of time and effort.

@Paytmcare It should be displayed on your twitterhandle that paytm does not have a grievance redressal procedure & in case of any after sale issue, customers are helpless & hopeless. This way innocent customes can be made aware of paytm mall services. 100% assurance is not follwed at paytm.

@ashishr49745717 @Paytm @Paytmcare It is far easier to get a SIM than to have PayTM verify you. Plus you'll have to tell everyone new number. If the number was linked to Adhar more problems.. Simply tell your operator SIM lost & get a new SIM.

Now, the case in point. Since a month back i started noticing glitches in some or the other services in their app. My app would either end in a loop or show error msgs. Eventually, a week back my wallet got defunct! Now began my ordeal 'trying' to reach @Paytm customercare! 8/n
