    @Paytm Total fake company and fake services only cheating the customer.once call ur number just misguide us. Can't trust on PAYTM at all. Only charging the late fee and commission.

    @Paytm it's very bad experience with Paytm I make a payment on 6 November 2022 payment was deducted to my account or status show payment was successful but merchant didn't receive the payment more than 3-4 for complaint I raised but their is no who was help in this situation as

    @Paytm People keeping money in say Person "A PayTM Wallet user" can't transfer money to other PayTM user say "B PayTM user" who have PayTM UPI linked to their banks from"A PayTMWallet user" balance. Its a problem. Resolve this problem.

    I'm a regular customer of @Paytm Since 2017. But, this is what you're doing with your customers. Now, I know why your market share has fallen down. It has already wasted my lot of time and energy. Now, I will definitely gonna switch to other applications.

    @PaytmBusiness @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare If you don't want to keep customers, then why do you have the platform, just end it. AI has been deployed in the name of customer care, it is not able to handle it, will customer all die out of frustration? I had just one small complaint that the money is coming directly into my account. Why do I need a business account? If I want to receive payment directly, then I can do it through any normal UPI.But you people or I closed your FIR directly without any solution, what nonsense is this?
