    @airtelindia I mistakenly did a recharge to an incorrect number few minutes back using Paytm. When I called your cust service, they said NO to return back the amount. Operator Reference Number: 1025068272 @Paytm no help from Paytm or Airtel.Such a bad service

    @Paytm your FINAL response to all of this is, we can't help. I want to request everyone not to use PAYTM for any transactions. With my experience it seems that if something goes wrong, they won't be liable.@airtelindia very disappointed with your response to this aswell!

    @airtelindia @Paytm Both of your explanations sounds like, blaming each other. NeVER gonna be using PAYTM again to make another transition. Because now I know if something goes wrong with the payment you are there with NO SUPPORT.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare i am not able to make transaction via paytm postpaid and there is no on call support option for the same. 24*7 support doesn’t have option to type the issue. Its just like talking to a bot with pre recorded messages. Please resolve my issue
