    @Paytm People keeping money in say Person "A PayTM Wallet user" can't transfer money to other PayTM user say "B PayTM user" who have PayTM UPI linked to their banks from"A PayTMWallet user" balance. Its a problem. Resolve this problem.

    .@paytm Doesn't end there. I chat with customer care but it is entirely automated with no option for any of the above. Search the web, find their number, when I call, it says "your call cannot be completed because of congestion in the sector". Damn!

    Entire .@Paytm balance disappears. Asks me to reverify info. Do that 3 times, says, "an error has occurred" without any explanation. On the 4th try, it says "OTP requests exceeded" and on the 5th, my account is blocked!

    @Paytmcare Your services are disappointing plus there’s no support on your paytm app or on your customer care. Even after processing kyc the account and paytm wallet is still unactive. Unprofessional upi payment app

    Unable to do Full KYC, out of 6 locations near me, only one guy is offering KYC(he is preferred partner) , he is asking 50 Rs extra to do KYC, Paytm 24x7 support doesn’t help, this company is going downhill. Help me @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare pehle wallet block kar do cuz u want us 2 do kyc again. Fir jab kyc karanr jaao toh Rs30 extra do. Kis baat ke Rs 30 lete ho bhai KYC karane ke? Banks toh charge nahi karte ye fees? Neither do neo banks like jupiter. Tum log special ho kya?
