@EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

@Tech_Saala @Paytm But they are not returning refund even when customer is in emergency for money in this situation. How is this good job when they cannot help the customer and just using his money for free.also Mr @vijayshekhar has not even taken action even after tagging him multiple times

@Paytm I have raised my concern in the morning regarding timeout card. That I’m fully verified KYC and even though I did multiple wallet to wallet payments I haven’t received timeout card.What happened to ur 24*7 support. Doesn’t even care to give reply in DM. @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare
