    Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

    @EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

    @PMOIndia @nrendrabhaimodi I HAVE BEEN HARASSED DIGITALLY, LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT,NO CONTACT WITH THEM ON PHONE,INSPITE OF MY WALLET BALANCE OF MORE THAN RS.1500/-. THEY ARE WANTING KYC.@paytm. BUT ..being 82 years old my finger prints are not visible.I am using app fo 10yrs.

    @paytmbankcare Already DM has happened, my question is why you are asking 2017's bank statement in order to refund my wallet balance which become 0 due to your side tech issue. Bank details and cancelled cheque are more than enough to do it so @Paytm and @vijayshekhar ji.
