@EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

@Paytm help and support system is the most affected by the covid situation, I guess. I have been trying to contact them since may, 2021 regarding a query but no solution is provided. No update on the matter, no contact from their side. Very disappointing to see such behaviour.
