Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

Paytm Lite service problem. When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm

@Paytmcare @Paytm It has been over 15 days now & till date issue regarding fastag incorrect deduction isnt resolved. Everyday, paytm sends an repeated same dumb auto message asking for documents, which I have given multiple times. I m just shocked to experience this. Please help

@Paytmcare Paytm Money's cust service is terrible, even after 2 years since their launch. The Paytm assist can't answer queries proper and there's no option to connect with an agent. Despite paying ₹450p.a we don't get proper customer support. It's frustrating and unacceptable.
