    Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

    My family member's paytm account gets block and tried reaching customer care there isn't proper response, the steps suggested by bot and sms aren't working, can't reach to any executive. Need to talk an executive. @Paytmcare resolve our problem asap @vijayshekhar @Paytm

    @manavdas @vijayshekhar @Paytm Who should not use paytm account for what it means it is blocked. Call to customer care is not available. It says our account is block. We can't do anything because they don't exist, it's the worst bank
