Why is my refund still on hold? I have updated PAN so many times on 29 april on app, and again 2nd may i submitted thru chat box @paytmbankcare u said within 3 days it will be updated, but so far nothing and its already more than 3 days. What kind of service is this? @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I try many times to connect with customer care regarding my paytm postpaid PAN verification but not helpfull service. I also use paytm kyc and since last 1 year i use paytm postpaid and no due amount till now... But it's suddenly stoped.
