Never use @Paytm for postpaid. They have made fake transactions that i never initiated and are threatening legal action in notifications for not paying it. I have raised a ticket and no response. Pathetic customer service.

@Paytm very bad experience last night I was not able to pay the post paid bill due to rain and network issue but i made it today morning. And they charged 850 rupees and blocked my post paid. And i was timely payer of them. Very bad paytm post paid. @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney

@Paytmcare have the worst service ever. Yesterday i tweeted about my issue. They said to dm them, i sent them the message and its been 24hrs they haven't even opened the message. Is this the service u provide @Paytm ??? #paytmmatkaro

@Paytmcare @paytmbankcare can you resolve the paytm payments bank ticket number 3224626910. This ticket is raised on 2nd October related to KYC. There is no clarity on resolution We have great respect for paytm service, but disappointed with this response. @sureshdorepally

Your help center page is also down. I am ready to pay the Paytm Postpaid bill amount but the page is not working. So far I have not received any reply from you to my mail. Only the penalty amount for the payment is displayed correctly on your Paytm page . @Paytmcare
