  @Paytmcare Thank you for the update. I would like to request that this case be treated as a denied boarding issue and not as a standard non-refundable cancellation. I had presented a valid original ID, but it was incorrectly considered duplicate by the airline staff.   @Paytm assistant is the most frustrating help and support AI An urgent flight ticket booked and paid for by #axisbankcreditcard is still not issued and the only result to follow up is four tickets and assurances that an agent will contact. No hope of catching the flight now!
