@Paytmcare Please let me know where shall I get my registered Paytm number and how to send it via DM. However, my registered mobile No. is 9434044082. I drawn your attention to this about 2 months ago. Mail and counter mail is continuing with 24×7 helpline and they are avoiding the issue.

@vijayshekhar [-1] couldn't believe sir that @Paytm doesn't have a proper customer care, what's the pt of opening a virtual bank, when customers can't use the services to know details. Tried reaching out to @Paytmcare they don't respond. Looking for some escalation at ur end.

@Paytmcare @airindiain what will I do with the reference number? I booked my ticket from Paytm, I need my refund ASAP to my wallet. No one is taking ownership & providing any resolution, been 6 months following up with both of them. Customer waiting for her hard earned money.

@Paytmcare Wow just wow! 1. There was no message prompted to me to pay the usual SIP. 2. While trading through paytm money 2day, I installd the app updates and the app just stopped and not getting logged in. Thr is no customr supprt to rch out to. Wow! wht a service @PaytmMoney

@Paytmcare my upi transaction of rs 500 failed and got debited. It was on 24th June and still money not been refunded. Raised ticket in @Paytm app but no response. Please improve customer care services.
