@Paytmcare Today I wrote to paytm 24x7 help for reversal of Rs.250 which is charged in my March,22 monthly statement. Payment of Feb 22 bill was missed by a day due to network issues. I got an update from your end that it will be resolved in next 4 hours. Please do the needful.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm my Paytm account demanded me to log in again. I don’t remember the password. Request you to allow me to reset password through OTP or email me the link. I am outside India and can’t call the call centre for password reset.

@Paytm first you block Account then ask for the documents again then you dont find those documents clear enough then you ask for again and keep on doing this...then also No Action taken....worst customer service ever...#stopusingpaytm
