Hello @Paytmcare, @PaytmTickets ! I have booked 7 tickets (5+2) on 15th August 2021 but unexpectedly the show got canceled. I had waited for 4 days and I have raised a request on 19th Aug using 24*7 Help & Support. It's been almost 45 days and I haven't received the refund yet.
