    @flyspicejet @Paytm Have booked my flight ticket varasai to mumbai on 28th rescheduled to 29th july,again rescheduled to 1st aug,again rescheduled to 2ng aug, i know money wont be refund back please keep it with u all please, a big mental harassment by two big giants to customer

    @Paytmcare Hi, As per your conformance 20.04 .21 amount received, but amount not received till date. This is very poor service Last 4 years service with paytm and first time issuees. Any issus pls call me Thanks... Ravi

    @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Onboarded on 29.5.2026 as Paytm Merchant. Till now not able to collect payment due to settlement issue not resolved. Also your ground sales team onboarded me with wrong number and now not picking call to change mobile number. Pathetic Service.

    Casual reminder to @Paytm @Paytmcare that "Unable to process the request" isn't a user retention strategy. Every time I click the "Close my account" button in the app, it fails. For weeks. You must have error logs, failing to fix this implies you like it as a feature? @consaff

    @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?
