    @Paytm money deducted from account and not received by merchant. Status pending. Still awaiting refund. No way to speak to any CCE. Just keep on navigating in IVR. Paytm services are going down an all time low

    @Paytm I have done a transition of Rs.12,000 on paytm UPI. My money debited from my account during transition but it is not reflecting in my passbook history and didn't reach to the receiver. My bank also does not register the complain due to UPI issue. Ple help me in this.

    Booked ticket through paytm postpaid accnt and then cancel for some reason but amount is not refunded tried customer care multiple time but didn’t received any response. Experiencing worst customer services from paytm, will never book ticket again from paytm @Paytm @Paytmcare
