    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Hello paytm, I booked flights for today (August 28th 7:40PM). Once the tickets are confirmed, the date of departure changed to next Friday (Sept 4th, 7:40PM). Customer care is of no help. Either allow us to modify or cancel the booking free of charge. URGENT!

    @Paytmcare I found the issue. When I uninstalled PCAPdroid, Paytm app started working. Actually, you should not have tagged PCAPdroid malicious. Its an app from Play Store. If Paytm uses HTTPS, a packet capture does not reveal anything. Hope your don't flag it anymore.

    But bus operator says there is no bus on that route. @Paytm your customer services are worst and there is no direct helpline for customers @jagograhakjago can you please help me to getting a refund and compensation . And please provide direct helpline for customers #paytm #worst

    @Paytm @PhonePe @GooglePay Just thinking—could we add a pop-up reminder while making a payment to add a note about the purpose of the payment? I got confused about my spending and couldn’t recall why I made certain payments. I am sure this issue is faced by many Thanks.

    @PaytmCare You are completely dodging the core issues: 1. Misleading UX: Why display a targeted "Get assured ₹50 cashback" banner on an active user's checkout screen if they are algorithmically ineligible? That is classic deceptive design (Dark Pattern).
