    @Paytm submitted my documents several times for renewal of KYC but you are asking to submit it again and again and my wallet is frozen, if you are unable to solve my problem should I shift to Google pay @GooglePayIndia

    @Paytmcare My linked bank account is working fine on other payment apps but on Paytm it says bank is down. It's been 2 weeks!! I even unlinked it & set it up again. Despite that the problem persists. Please resolve it or I'll delete my account with you & switch to another app.
