@Paytmcare @Paytm I recently applied for a credit card from your app. My KYC and card selection was completed. In the final steps of verification your customer care guy was ruthless and he disconnected the call after I asked him few questions. Highly disappointed. +91-9654477696

@PaytmBusiness @Paytm It seems like paytm can't afford employees for customer support. The chat thread for merchant account customer support have only bots but no option to connect to a human to explain the query. I am going to discontinue using Paytm.
