    @Paytmcare "The management level raise statement I've been getting since November. The issue will be resolved on a priority basis since April." These are the regular statement from the help desk since April after calling 35+ times and waiting for one hour on hold on each call @DGCAIndia

    @Paytmcare there is no action taken. Only getting mails that your query is resolving from past two weeks. No contact to customer care, very slow service. @vijayshekhar sir there is no responce from customer support very disgusting service. Can i expect reply from you?

    @Paytm Twitter/Facebook message if my issue is not resolved ,it has been days and my money is stuck and the card I paid with is a pre-paid card which doesn't accept money back. I will go to banking ombudsman and court and make you suffer the same as I am now suffering. CONTD...

    @Paytmcare So, you logged me out. To login you need to auto send an sms. For whatever reason, if the sms doesn't go ( it's your api ) you won't let me login? Defeats the purpose I installed PayTM Please don't force this on us. Allow login using password. Thanks.
