@Paytm CC Team, I received my Paytm Postpaid bill and I see a convenience fee applied. I did not know about it before I started using the service. I have stopped using Paytm Postpaid as I am not interested in paying any extra amount for this service. Can you reverse the charges?

@Paytm even after updating kyc 10 days ago, my wallet is under freeze. One of the worst apps and customer service. Because of this i had to buy a new fastag. Even my fastag refund is also not credited. Beware of this app.
