Since then @Paytm has not been supportive. I call them 10 times a day and they direct me to their 24x7 chat support every time where we talk to a bot & it's useless. Out of 100 calls I have placed 1 call was finally answered by a human in customer care & I was assured that (2/3)

@Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic fastag service i have been charged twice for the toll at the toll booth on 30/10. When raised complaint on your app you are saying the money is deducted correctly. Third class service, gonna deactivate it today itself.
