Kindly assist @Paytmcare @Paytm My phone number got re issued so when I am trying to update my Paytm kyc, it shows that aadhar is being used for another active account, tried opening tickets and seeking assistance from customer care but have been asked to visit a center.

@Paytmcare Hi, someone transferred money thru UPI via Paytm and amount showing as Success in my paytm but amount not credited in my Bank A/c. Raised request in around 3:30 pm and message on 24x7 help received as issue will be resolved within 4 hrs but till now issue unresolved.
