Tried reinstall, network reset, other networks/devices. Looks like false device/IP block. Please resolve.

But no way I can connect to Paytm customer care , I created a ticket 200011502474 on 3rd may,no reply till now.

Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !
