    @Paytmcare People are not responsible for your system That's your problem people book as per your sale price whether it was correct or wrong does not matter. people trust you and book it and you can't cancel a passenger ticket without consent and you didn't refund money so you are FRAUD

    @Paytmcare It is almost 8 days since I complaint and there is no action taken for my complaint and there is no response from your side and there is no improvement from your side and poor customer support and immediately want UPI lite balance refund and other wise I take action to paytm

I feel very disappointed because despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have not received any clear solution or satisfactory response.

    Very disappointed with @PaytmBusiness Business. A payment collected on 19 May 2026 was supposed to be settled on 20 May, but the amount is still not credited to my bank account. Support is giving no proper resolution. Stopping Paytm payments until this is resolved. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm Respected Sir/Madam, I am unable to view my CIBIL score in your Paytm app. I have been trying continuously for the past one month, but it is still not showing. Even after refreshing the CIBIL score section multiple times, the issue remains unresolved.

    Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare Passengers were left stranded without support, communication, or emergency assistance. Despite multiple complaints, calls, and public posts, the response has only been “we are checking,” with no actual action taken till now.

    Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare As a booking platform, Paytm also holds responsibility for customer safety and service accountability. The negligence and lack of response from both Bharathi Travels and Paytm are unacceptable.

    @Paytmcare @Deb7rudra They aren't going to do anything. Same thing happened to my account on May 17th and ever since I've been locked out of my Paytm account. No help whatsoever.
