@Paytmcare I have called support and a ticket 3264412977 got created. This need to be resolved urgently as I need to do some urgent transaction. But still no update yet and I am waiting. There is no ETA too, how to deal with such scenario. Its not good experience at all.

@Paytmcare 24 Jan 2023 ko 900rs ki payment ki the lekin merchant ko recieve nahi hui or naahi mujhe refund Hui ticket complaint ticket bhe issue krwa dia ha but abi Tak koi response nahi ha. Please look into this matter and provide solution as soon as possible.
