    @Nersha8 @Paytmcare @Paytm Exactly. I hope #Paytm doesn't vanish like #Aircel taking all the money (they did in form of prepaid balance and scratch coupons) without a warning. Their poor care for customers is raising concerns. Twitter can never be the only customer care platform of such a huge app.

    Hi @Paytm , I’ve a KYC verified account and my mobile number isn’t linked to it. I tried updating my mobile number, however It didn’t allow me to do so. As a result I’m unable to log into App using my mob number which is mandatory. Can u help me retrieve my account pls !!

    @Paytmcare You don't assist the customer at mail, you assist only through paytm app .but the problem is that in app transaction details are not available I am not able to communicate Now I have DM as well please look the matter

    @Paytm is the worst app. Never use it for Zomato and swiggy transactions. They just promise and never credit any cashbacks. Hopeless customer service.

    @Paytmcare dear team why should I need to paid this.Dear Customer, With reference to Paytm Postpaid payment of Rs 100 availed through Clix Finance India Private Limited not being received, urgent payment is expected today. Pay IMMEDIATELY & avoid impact on credit score.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I had join and working at Paytm as FSE from 16th August but no incentive or salary has been paid since then. I am trying to call team leader but he is not replying or picking calls. Same with office staff who hd called me during joining. Plz see.
