@Paytmcare your service for KYC is really bad, you guys are fooling people by saying do your KYC through video call. And I have been waiting for one agent to get connected. Finally, I took another option near by KYC point. Over there they charged me 100rs for doing KYC

@Paytmcare Unable to reach your customer care executive via the app. I had an offer of 50 rupees cashback for ordering food through swiggy. I ordered on 12th November and I haven't got my cashback yet. It still says processing on the app. Requesting your support.

@DableKalyani @Paytm I had same experience when my account got disabled I contact support but they couldn't help until I was referred to will_tech02 on Instagram. You can send him a message I'm very sure that he can help.
