@GooglePayIndia No you dont. Spoke to your customer care executive. And they clarified that I am at the vendor's mercy to get the amount back in this case. This is not the first time I am facing this issue. I am going stay away from your app in the future @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare tried to book ticket using your gateway via irctc website but txn failed and amount debited, your app is showing "successful payment" but irctc is showing "money not received from bank", please help here, same thing happened twice.

@Paytm I have not a refund in my paytm wallet. 24/7 customer has not provided any help. The transaction was for 31/10/2021 and I can even provide you transaction id for the same. Please see to it.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I brought gold for delivery on Diwali which got cancelled by the seller,have got refund of delivery and making charges but did not get the gold back on my Paytm digital gold account please help, you have no customer care number hence can't even know the status
