    @Paytmcare I have booked a ticket from paytm, which I wanted to cancel the very next minute, but paytm told it will be chargeable . Though dgca has vanished this charges. So I opted to modification which costed me 14000 rs and charges. Now it is pending from 1200 am and customer

    @Paytmcare 1 month passed, still no resolution. No reply in chat, no way to fix. Can't understand how long a refund takes when airline itself cancelled & proofs submitted. Just Pathetic customer service from @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @pnbindia @Paytmcare I have also spoken to customer care on mobile, but they said that they cannot help with wrong UPI merchant payments. Now please tell me what I am supposed to do. Should I forget this hard-earned money, which is a big amount for a middle-class, regular working person like me?
