@Paytmcare, why do I need a bloddy OTP to talk to your agent? I'm not getting any help on adding a credit card. 35 mins., now. I am on the verge of deleting PayTM because of all the nonsense your app subjects me to. Why is there no direct number or human chay support from the go.

@Paytmcare i am facing this issue since 23/04/2022. As i recharged my Vi Mobile no. For rs 359 3gb/day but i am getting only 2gb/day. The Vi customer care is saying that it was paytm's fault. So please resolve my issue otherwise I have to go legally.

@Paytm, @ZeeBusiness, @AnilSinghvi_ Taking the Paytm swipe machine. Think again. Worst customer care and support. No service or support at all after multiple complaints. Anil Sir, this is the reason why paytm share is falling as vendor's are surrendering the machines.

Hey @Paytm my sabji wala bhaiya just hopped on the digital payments ecosystem and says that it isn't working smoothly for him. It takes 2 days to get payments credited to his account and hence, difficult to track. Thoughts? Norm? Or a glitch?

@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Today I paid rent from credit card Rs 29000 which got deducted from card but not deposited in paytam account nor refund in card, contacted customer care many times but in any case help not found amount is more please give immediate help

@Paytm, @RBI, @PMOIndia, Paytm - One of the worst ever company. High rentals and charges for POS,but machine is not working. Customer care is even worst. No service even after multiple complaints.I request RBI to look into this and cancel their license as merchant banker.
