I installed @Paytm and it asked me for permission to access my messages, first I declined, when it insisted that it was necessary to operate the app, I accepted. Now they are telling me when my @HDFC_Bank card is due, what’s total bal n min pay due! Am I supppsed to be amazed?

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank my issue of unable to receive payment since past 4 days has not been fixed even after repeated complaints. Ticket ID- 3211397985. If you guys are unable to provide a resolution, inform the same. I’ll just close my account with Paytm.

@Paytmcare I have made several complaints but no response from your side there is not a single direct manager we speak to its really disgusting for @Paytmcare @RBI never should somebody apply loan through paytm very shabby service.

@Paytm your customer service is really really bad, not able to talk to the executive and your Chatbot is ****. 80 Rs deducted from my Toll, but I sold that car and destroyed the Fast tag card. Hope a call from you.
