@Paytm @Paytmcare @MediBuddyapp tried to book a consultation twice from Paytm app. Payment got deducted twice, but consultation wasn't booked. On calling medibuddy helpline they say take it up with Paytm, Paytm support says take it up with medibuddy... Such a bad experience

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare The service after the purchase of sound box is pathetic or the worst. Although they charge fee every month they are not ready to help in issues. They can pick up replacement sound box but cant deliver to same place and will say location is undeliverable

@Paytmcare I'm trying to get in touch with human Paytm representative but everytime i call to paytm customer care machine tells me " we are experiencing too many calls today." WTF dude why are you running this company when you are not able to solve customer issues ?😡
