Yesterday was my payment day, i tried a lot to payment but can't because of payment page not opening, server down and showing error of 'something went wrong' , atlast payment successfully at night, but now overdue charged and account blocked, why? What's my fault? @Paytmcare

There are no customer care option to talk about this issue at @Paytmcare , only chat option available who close quary everytime without resolution..!!🤑even in mail they give auto answer and give link to chat..!! Is anyone in @Paytmcare who can talk to me on this?
