@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytm @Paytmcare cannot update the account in Paytm Business account. No customer service via phone number as it's only ivr. I get call from business team to increase usage of Paytm. When no service provided how do u expect us to do. Struck with Paytm. ;(
