@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytmcare I reached out to sbi too they checked and got back to me saying you're eligible for first membership please reach out to paytm customer service to get it activated if not active. And you guys don't even care to call and ask what the problem is!!!

Very bad service by Bookmyshow...not bother reply and even call with customer was unsatisfactory...better paying additional convenience charges we can buy through counter or through paytm, atleast they bother solve your query @bookmyshow @PaytmTickets @Paytm
