@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Ravisutanjani @Paytm PayTM cashback offers are, firstly, lame. Secondly, most of them are useless, because if you go to the original site of that said offer... you have coupon codes/site discounts, giving the EXACT same price. Why even spend points for something that is free.

However, when I talked to @airvistara customer support they suggested that they’ve already approved it and @Paytm has to process it further. I’ve been trying to get an update from the Paytm’s customer support and @Paytmcare but, they’re not even able to provide a single update.
