@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

The @RBI has bannned @Paytm Payments Bank from onboarding new customers with immediate effect. The bank has been directed to appoint an IT audit firm to conduct a comprehensive system audit of its IT system, RBI said in a short press release on its website.#paytm #rbi

2/2 I had to pay in cash also since txn was failure in paytm app. @Paytm customer care tells me the txn is successful even though status in app is still failure. The receiver refuses to share his bank account statement while denying receiving money.
