@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytmcare I've been constantly trying to get in touch with you guys but no reply. I don't understand what to do.. My 7-8 years Paytm account got blocked for no reason and now even the officials aren't replying. Very surprised and sad to see such service from Paytm! 😓😔😞
