@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytmcare @Paytm i am very dissatisfied from your service. It's been 4 months complete yet you didn't unblock my account and how you can block anyone account without inform to account holder. I already depressed due to unemployment and you you 🫵give me a another problem.

@PaytmMoneyCare What is the standard TAT for refunds ..why even after 20 days there is no clear revert from @Paytm ..this is really pathetic..I shouldn't have risked my momey with Paytm. I hav been investing in SIPs since 8 yrs never faced such problems, untill I opted for Paytm

my all transaction decline by Paytm payment bank last 5-6 days but not solved till now I trying to customer support but they told me only wait and wait very disappointed by customer support I never expect from Paytm my almost 10000rs. Got pending or failed. @Paytmcare @PaytmBank
