@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@PhonePeSupport I have done it but its of no use. If I had to wait fir 48-72 hours then why should I rely you if your UP servers are down..why shouldn't I opt for safer payment options such as @GooglePayIndia @Paytm . This is shameful that I have to wait and pay fir your error..

@Paytm paytm fastag but problem is i am pay first pay bill of 100 then next time when i goto pay showing 100 to pay thought 3rd party website. Some website options to change the bill amount but some tell me you can pay only same of bill amount or lower How to change bill amount??

@Paytmcare R u saying that I shld click on the link in the sms. How do I know that the link will lead me to some unauthorized website. Whats - Paytm as in ‘hyphen’ used before paytm. Best to provide report option front n Centre on app itself. It simply isn’t there! Why?
