@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytm Your Paytm postpaid service is good but if you are able to make payments at google,phonepe merchants other than Paytm merchant then the number of Paytm postpaid users will increase in future.

@Paytmcare hi Paytm...when we you stop duping customers on the name of cashbacks. I have activated an offer where adding money to wallet should be giving cashback but i have not received the same. Your customer care people just disconnect the call.
