    @Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

    @Paytmcare So i DM my Query and after 4 hours paytm care responds in a "Copy Paste" article i read in Paytm app...My question was Why should a customer go to a paytm outlet to submit his aadhar second time for KYC when it is already Verified...If u cannot answer plz dont waste my time
