    @Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @ViCustomerCare I just recharged my VI SIM after a long time because my primary number, which is Jio, was having problems. In the VI app, I saw a ₹299 offer, so I recharged it directly from the app and paid through Paytm.

    It has been 6 months since I closed my Paytm fastag but wallet balance and security deposits hasn't been transferred to my bank account. Can you look this matter? It is really disappointing that there isn't any customer care number that is working @PaytmBank @Paytm @Paytmcare

    I am frustrated with you customer support i requested 5 times to your customer service to fully deactivate my Paytm Business Sound Box But after registering my request nothing happens no calls from your engineer and my ticket closes without deactivation. @Paytmcare
