@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I have booked flights tickets through paytm (PNR EEI32N). Paytm Booking ID was 15212252336. We cancelled & Spicejet processed the refund on 09/11/2021 I've been trying to contact Paytm Customer care since a week for refund but I'm not getting any response

Dear @vijayshekhar , I respect you a lot. But your team seems to be irresponsible. I've had an issue which was raised in @Paytm app and also tweeted to @Paytmcare . No response at all from anywhere. Closing the tickets in app without any valid reasons.

@vijayshekhar sir, It’s humble request to add a self taxation process while paying any merchant through @Paytm, can you please incorporate this? This will help millions of users save and reinvest amount (this also makes sense for Paytm too financially) please give it a thought.
