@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytmcare I am tired of raising tickets regarding disfunctional Paytm wallet. Paytm app doesn't allow me to do kyc again as I already have full KYC status. But my transactions fail with error that I need to do KYC! It's been more than 1 month and Paytm doesn't seem to care!

Hello @Paytm, @Paytmcare, I have wrote you multiple times that I am not able to add amount in my Paytm wallet through UPI. I have also send you the short video for this issue. Note that my mobile no is same for the Paytm account and same is registered in Bank linked to Paytm.
