@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

your area is non serviceable, you have courier your device. I did it and they received it on 1st December. I was told by @Paytmcare once we Will receive the device in 3 to 5 working days I will get it, 20th December and I think @Paytm @Paytmcare don’t know how to count days.
