@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytmcare Need help regarding a bill payment made on 6th March. Money deducted from bank but the payment did not happen. Can't connect with any executive on phone as no option is given by IVR & ur chatbot on app is of no help.

@Paytm I am very disappointed with your postpaid service. I had to use postpaid service for emergency but it shows account blocked for no reason even though there is no dues. The last payment I made several months back with an extra Rs 1300. If it’s not resolved I’m uninstalling

Forced to pay fine for late payment because you returned payment which was made alraedy 2 days earlier. Chatbot on APP is useless if you need. Are you trying to scare away customers asking for help? @Paytmcare
