@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytmcare I was paying Citi Bank credit card bill through paytm wallet no 9810668341 for amt of Rs10368.06 on 8th Sept 21..sbi a/c was debited but in between trxn got failed..while enquired as per sbi payment has been processed but Citi Bank hasn't received the same..plz help.

@Paytmcare I need help i transferred money through paytm upi option into a deactivated bank account now the reciever has not recieved the money neither the money came back to my account. I tried calling but that option failed i also tried it online but no help UPI REF ID : 124280814375
