@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytmcare @Paytm i am very dissatisfied from your service. It's been 4 months complete yet you didn't unblock my account and how you can block anyone account without inform to account holder. I already depressed due to unemployment and you you 🫵give me a another problem.

@Paytm I've tried talking to your customer care and it only speaks in a computer generated voice and when i press number 9 for talking to customer care it goes back to asking about previous menu and main menu. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AT THE EARLIEST.
