@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytm Paytm is definitely not like DAD but it’s just a business application because your customer care in inaccessible, inhuman, non-personalised, seeking no feedback if customer is addressed and being just mechanical robotic kind. So you can not be Dad alike please.
