@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Pathetic and worst customer care service, with no resolution even after 4 days. Easy to design a BOT for auto-reply but customer service works on issue resolution on time not just by sending automated responses.

Useless and worst service ever seen. From few days my Paytm wallet is not working and showing need to update KYC. I updated it on 15th May 2022 and got a ticket no 3178682464, since than it is no resolved and showing will be resolved in 2-3 days. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank
