@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar 3rd class customer care helpdesk you have opened can't resolve one fraudulent transaction on the helpdesk and Paytm is not following any @RBI guidelines in refunding customer's money to hi saccount that's why no reason his IPO also failed

@Paytm Sir i can't make a transaction in my paytm wallet. I can't transfer money to my bank account from my paytm wallet. I have completed my kyc as well . And if i went to the nearest kyc shop the tell me that your kyc is completed but i can't make any transaction. Please help

@Paytm poor poor service given by the company employee for their merchants. Was hoping high from the company but it has let me down. No communication for the vendors. No cooperation from people working. Service centre is not helping. Please look into it.
