@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Flipkart customer care had told me that in one working day money will get refunded in @Paytm wallet without fail....but still no refund credited....worst service while refunding due to failure by @Flipkart
