@Paytmcare Very poor customer service. Waited for 15 minutes but still not connected. Also chat system is very poor. Cashback should be credited in 72 hours but it's been 1 week.

@paytmmallcare Amazed by the speed of resolutions by the @Paytm support team. Is been a day since I requested an option to change my order. That to an order fulfilled by #Paytm . The app chat support doesn't respond. The support team on Twitter gives thoughts and prayers.

Dear @vijayshekhar, it’s been over 5 days since i flagged an automatic payment inmy paytm account, which I have been unable to cancel. Ur twitter team has been in touch asking me to share screenshots / videos of the issue through DM. The matter is still not reaolved @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare Though there is balance of Rs. 1881/- in Paytm wallet, it's showing low balance for fastag payment, and thereby not paying for in toll plazas, even after contacting 24*7 help line, nothing is resolved.

@Paytmcare and @Paytm what is the escalation matrix. The app based support land at a dead-end with no resolution, Paytm app agent is very limited in responses it has and is frustrating to deal with. @Paytmcare to has agents that give one side responses that disregard user inputs.
