    @Paytmcare Very poor customer service. Waited for 15 minutes but still not connected. Also chat system is very poor. Cashback should be credited in 72 hours but it's been 1 week.

    @Paytm Pathetic customer service. My rent payment with order ID 17199735285 is still showing "processing rent transfer" even after 24 hours and after payment getting deducted from my card. Paytm Assistant is useless and can't contact customer care. FRUSTRATING @vijayshekhar pls note

    The kind of support @Paytmcare provides I think stock deserves to be at Rs 10. It's been more than 20 days for a simple update, they expect you to be available whenever they will call you, not the other way around.

    F**k with @JioSaavn , I raised a complaint month ago. No one is atleast responding, keeping a mail that my issue was resolved, many things happening with jio and jiosaavn, without my concern money has been debited through @Paytm from my @TheOfficialSBI account.

    @Paytmcare I have been trying to cancel an automatic payment from 20th dec to 3rd feb. I have cancelled it 14 times but still that shows in my app. Very poor app and poorest customer service. They are not able to understand my issue, suggest same steps everytime.
