@Paytmcare Very poor customer service. Waited for 15 minutes but still not connected. Also chat system is very poor. Cashback should be credited in 72 hours but it's been 1 week.

@Paytmcare Currently the app allows to scan QR code to proceed but gets stuck & ask us to login again at the last moment. That's annoying. A year back I raised a concern that session expires after scanning QR code. Non sense. instead kindly force re-login when we open the app.

Sir @vijayshekhar my issue refund regarding Order no. -- 19986251422. I have done successfully bill payment of Paytm postpaid on 28dec but transaction was cancelled by Paytm yet no refund found, neither @Paytmcare reply proper nor Paytm postpaid reply.
