    My Sunday exhausted Visiting the bank where I was asked to fill a form and wait for few days. Why should I be the person solving such an error when the mistake is on part of the service provider @BankofIndia_IN @Paytm. Questions my trust in the bank service

    @Paytmcare @Paytm kindly check my complaint ticket number 142201168 against the order number 9365781814 Issue is -wrong vouchers delivered instead of what explained by your exectv at showroom ..Paytm mall vouchers was not explnd and was not there at breakup chart at showroom

    Okay @Paytmcare , I solved it. If you use the search function to reach the FASTtag landing page, that page is broken. However, manually navigating to the FASTtag page leads to a different, functional page !

    @vijayshekhar This is a serious issue and Paytm has goofed up !! Refund process prior to April 13 has not been processed just by Paytm while rest all have refunded this ! @consaff @Paytm @PaytmTravel

    @Paytmcare Amount paid on dineout app using paytm wallet is not being reflected in paytm passbook. I had a tough time in finding the details of transaction in credit card statement. It is disappointing to observe an issue in basic functionality of app :(

    @Paytmcare Please take some serious action against such people! How come they are so fearless in terms of using a brands name like #paytm to scam people 😨 Fraud is happening on paytm's name... You should take such individuals down legally and teach them a lesson in detail.. 😡
