@Paytm and i talk to customer care They say that money will be refunded in 2-3 days but it's been more than 15 days and i don't get any mail or message regarding to it and please remove the charges I have also attach the photo of it my transaction id is :- 100002711375161 (2/2)

I would like to share my personal experience with PayTm. I had raised an issue several times but still it is not being resolved. Very poor service of Paytm and unprofessional behaviour of CLIX finance people. Avoid using @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney #ShamlessPeople

@Paytmcare Have my shop a/c with Paytm.Some months ago I was offered Paytm Talking device for Rs.500 / monthly rental 99.device stopped working/beyond repairs .Requested Surrender but Paytm adamant on no surrender and every month charging me 99 for no use and no fault of mine.

. @Paytm Your new login workflow is a pain. If I need to login with the account associated with my phone number on another person's phone (who isn't tech savvy), previously an OTP was provided. Now you've associated 1 phone number : 1 account and it's properly inconvenient.
