Got an issue with my failed bill payment today. Issue still not yet raised. The worst part is finding means to speak to your customer team @Paytm @Paytmcare is so much more difficult than getting in IIMs.

Worst helpline support of paytm customer care I recharged through multiple times and my money deducted but didn't received back also once I transferred money same deducted but not transfered. Worst app @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney @PaytmBank please look into it.

@Paytmcare I was charged toll twice at the KhedShivapur toll on June 12th. at 3:30pm and surprisingly another at 9:40pm(I hadn’t even travelled)-raised multiple complaints.None addressed till date but keep getting auto replies “We haven’t heard bck from you for this issue”!
