    @Paytm desperately wants to lose customer, what a wrost Call centre @Paytmcare has,first blocked my wallet due to KYC & their call centre is so annoying to make sure you move to competition..why Indian companies dont value their existing customers than acquiring new one 😥🤔

    Finally got a new Fast Tag. Got rid of @Paytm finally. @Paytmcare Enjoy taking your business lightly with your pathetic service. And all the best getting KYC done with no partner shops having any clue on how to get the KYC done. Good riddance.

    @RailwaySeva No still it is nor working.... So used netbanking and booked my ticket. I was using @Paytm no OTP is generated.

    @Paytmcare refund my 2800 to my credit card . This is utter fraud of not responding to customer for the past 1 week . Hanging someone for damn KYC . Just refund the money I just need to get out of this .

    @Paytm Hi my name is Babu Shivarkar I was taking some money in my Paytm wallet transaction got failed but didn't get in my bank account it's shows it will take 7 working days that's I wanted to be it sometime cause it's a medical emergency please refund it as soon as possible

    @BCCI @BhuviOfficial @Paytm Hardik Patel took 7 wickets inclusing an 8 run over(6 byes) 49th over in a 200 run chase .Bhuvi gave 18 runs the previous over .9 of 10 past 4 years hes hit in slog overs due to slow pace .In SL series ,he was hit 48 runs last 2 overs by SL tailenders. No Q on his hardwork etc

    @paytmbankcare You guys haven't cared to help for 4 weeks. What are you going to do now? The app asks for KYC, not online, but Offline on your KYC stores. And KYC stores have no clue about the process. I'm unable to use my damn Fast Tag which unfortunately is through @Paytm .

    @Paytmcare 4+ weeks since the @Paytm wallet is frozen. Unable to make payments via FAST TAG. The app asks for offline KYC at physical stores. Visited 4 stores today, as per the app. None have the know how on How to do the KYC. Such a pathetic company. Trash service.

    @Paytmcare I have put Rs.2000 twice in the fastag recharge. It's been deducted from my account but does not reflect on fastag. I tried to speak to help 24×7 but they just say we'll get back but nothing happens. Can I speak to a human voice? I feel cheated.

    @Paytmcare after filling my wallet and to finish KYC is the biggest hassle I have faced yet . I need to simply update my name with my original Adhar . Either refund my money back to credit card or sort this out . Ridiculous customer service

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm I love paytm In fact my first upi payment is done from paytm I had paytm payments bank, which i loved it Though i had SBI account i used paytm payments bank. As a regular customer I had a small issue Can you make interface (UI) more simpler like PayPal
