    @Paytmcare Hello I requested for refund of an amount of Rs 421/-paid to a merchant by mistake( Ticket 170518584) but the issue is yet to be resolved. A reputed organisation like yours should help it's customers. Please help

    I have updated my mobile number on @Paytmcare but I'm not sure why @PaytmMoneyCare is still showing my old number? Please update it at the earliest. It might cause a security issue.

    @Paytmcare Looks like the Net banking for Icici on Paytm App when adding money the page is not mobile friendly. Request you to kindly check. I tried this on iphone XR and the half part of that page was cut in half. Had difficulties. Please replicate the issue and resolve it.

    @Paytmcare @paytmmallcare i am addressing my genuine problem that i am facing contacting to paytm, there is not a channel to direct talk to paytm costomer support executives, this is a very poor thing as compare to other e-commerce like flipkart and amazon, please be genuine.

    @pal_codes @Paytm Yeah the system is not bad, but the app is simply terrible. Icons and buttons are all over the place, and once you actually figure out where what is, they'll revamp the UI the next day.
