The issue is there is no proper way to reach Paytm postpaid customer care team. The chat do not have adequate options, no call number on app, after calling no Paytm postpaid option and very difficult to reach human interface!

Its an app from Play Store. If Paytm uses HTTPS, a packet capture does not reveal anything. Hope your don't flag it anymore.
