    @IDFCFIRSTBank is charging me ₹10 as convenience fee to recharge my fastag. And then more as gateway fee even from netbanking. Think will switch to @Paytm they never charged for my old one. Anyone else experienced this problem?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare even after submitting the cancelled cheques and giving all documents, the team at Paytm namely Mr ganesh Bhagwat. Has not cared to even check the bank details properly and this has resulted in problem to me. They have taken advance payments for machines…….

    @Paytmcare I am a registered merchant and using sound box for couple of years now. I had purchased sound box under one time plan of 1,999. However, i have recently being charged ₹125 as monthly subscription. Why is that so ? Paytm helpline number no one answers. Pls help

    @Paytmcare Nobody seems to be following up my issue, atleast give me a number where i can reach your support team. How can a transaction be in pending status even after 72 hours? I don't want an update anymore, i want my refund, otherwise ready to pay the fine as per RBI after T+5 days.

    Also, if you have enabled AutoPay, verify which app is processing your payments. If it’s charging an unnecessary platform fee, consider disabling it and paying through a service that doesn’t charge extra. Be an informed consumer. Compare before you pay. @PhonePe @Paytm
