Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@WeekendInvestng @Paytmcare They opened their eyes now. Pytm has one of the worst customer service where there is no way to connect and no resolution for issues raised as there is no option to raise an issue only.. @vijayshekhar you need to intervene as we r suffering since 2months

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank I have an issue with my Paytm savings bank since 1st may. I have raised a ticket on this on 4th May. No agent is taking care . Today is 21st may. The issue is not yet solved. For every 3 days I will get a reply saying that the issue will be solved in ASAP

@Paytm Paytm has credit freeze my wallet due to KYC I provide my PAN detail and aadhar at KYC center. About 20 days gone now my wallet not working. I call customer care many times. I can not use my fasttag. and unable to add money in paytm wallet. PAYTM is not careful for it's users.

@Paytmcare Its impossible to reach to customer care,ome bots keep asking questions which are not relevant to the issue. They end the support with a feedback for which probably no one care. wondering how to reach out to a human in paytm for my issue. Hope twitter is manged by a person. ?

@Paytmcare @Paytm Does not have to give the Promised 3% Cashback on Recharges and Bill payments from Paytm Credit Card, as It is impossible to do recharges and bill payments using that card
