Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@Paytmcare i had already raised the issue on bot chat. The issue is there is no proper way to reach Paytm postpaid customer care team. The chat do not have adequate options, no call number on app, after calling no Paytm postpaid option and very difficult to reach human interface!

@Paytm hello I have iPhone 14 with both eSIMs. This means no physical SIM. Paytm app is now not verifying as it is searching for SIM. Does it mean I am no longer a Paytm customer.
