Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

The worst customer service I have ever seen @Paytm @Paytmcare I would never recommend any one to use paytm aap. Google pay and PhonePe are far better than this. I am literally tired now connecting through these guys but there is no hell response from thier end.

@Paytmcare @Paytm what is the TAT for a ticket raised for wrong charging / deduction of toll amounts? My ticket is of 5th September. The whole business works on probability I suppose!! If the customer checks then refund the money or it’s ours.and refund at our won comfort.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar QR code is disabled for online payments. Customers getting charged 2% convenience fees even for UPI payments! No reply on complaints lodged with support team. Is this how you will turn profitable?
