Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

I spoke too soon about @Paytmcare's amazing customer service. It's been a day since they promised to clear up my cashback issue, but I still haven't heard back from them. Looks like I'm not the only one experiencing this #PaytmFail. Disappointing! #CustomerServiceNightmare

@Paytmcare Amt of 949 was transferred from my wallet as auto debit to Bennett and coleman which I haven't initiated. Kindly refund me the amount as there is no details of me activating any such service and there was no intimation of such auto sweep been sent prior to the debit

@RBI @Paytmcare The pl was applied 5 days back the pyatm promised me to get amount credited in 48 working hour it has been now 5 working days the amount is not credited kindly take strict action against them
