Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@NPCI_NPCI @BharatBillPay Hello, I have paid my electricity bill through @Paytm bbps to the biller TNEB and the payment was successful but it was not reflected on the biller and I contacted biller customer care they informed me that the transaction was a failure. (1/3)

@Paytmcare waste customer experience scammers are replying to the issues but you don't want to really solve our problems. If you can't support our issues please close your services. @Paytm
