Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@Paytm Poor software and support. Every time we have to remind about cashback not being credited! Customer support not working, to log complaints. No wonder you are laging behind in competition.
