Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

Why @Paytm is such a #chor.. always tries to create issues and harass customers. Created this ticket ID 3253641740 but they closed it without resolution and sent a new link where the options not showing for the query I raised. Once a fraud always a fraud @vijayshekhar.

@Paytmcare Apart from the message which states "we are trying to resolve the issue and will get in touch with you shortly". It's been more than 20 days now that I applied for the loan which is already approved but haven't got the money. @vijayshekhar please look into this. Disappointing
