Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@Paytmcare UPI REF 205886772313. Payment dated 27/02/22 was pending but was cleared after 10 days. The seller refused to give the item. But now we are at loss due paytm issues. Issue refund immediately.

@Paytm I am wondering in case of emergency if one is trying to use your platform and is facing difficulty there is no phone banking officer to support and guide him.I just get a ticket no. sayin that my problem would be addressed within 4 hours .
