Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@Paytmcare my irctc ticket cancillation refund is not shown in my paytm account. Its more than a week but refund not showed . when contacted irctc they replied that they refunded the money but delay is from your side ...please solve this problem
