Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

Is there a way 2 get money back paid on paytm wallet of another user @Paytmcare who was supposed to give me service but did not. I cannot raise dispute in bank as i received that money from my friend's wallet to my wallet and i paid for service. Any way i can get money back?
