    Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

    @Paytm Sir friend's paytm no is connected to two FASTTAG . Wallet has balance of 4000,but on toll plaza paying double the amount due to FT account showing low balance. Already registered complaint and many time talked to tollfree no,the problem has not resolved till time.

    Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm i need my paytm postpaid fresh loan agreement letter which was earlier shared it is corrupted I tried multiple times over smartphone & PC both throwing same error messages file corrupted unable to open. Details DM already kindly fix issue asap.

    @postpaid_paytm @Paytmcare whats the way of contacting Paytm? The Chat help is useless. Even if it says 24 hours- the replies are always robotic. I need Customer Care Number for Paytm Postpaid.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare The customer service of paytm has become very bad these days. People having issues with any transactions are not properly addressed by the automated message bot which you are providing in app. Let there be an option to talk to customer care executive

    @Paytm Beware! Stop using Paytm if possible or as soon as possible. There are other alternatives too. Paytm is deleting user account data with the user's consent and they're blaming the customer as if they created a new account with the same number. Sounds bullshit, right ? #Scammers
