    Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

    @Paytmcare Hi Regarding my Paytm postpaid account as I was trying in the application to close my postpaid account but it didn't work and i have called your support also but that also not worked out and one more thing I'm not using postpaid since 3 years

    its the wrost service experience i had i was using paytm postpaid nd i know that money will be deducted if not payed on time but this last month i haven't used paytm postpaid still fined the amount of ruppees 513 .i want to get my money back asap! @PMOIndia @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare @SBICard_Connect I can apply SBI paytm credit card and Also approved my credit card but information not show on my Paytm app,then click SBI view Card open New window show apply HDFC Bank credit card, please solve my problem because credit card details not show my Paytm

    @paytmbankcare @Rbi @Paytmcare my paytm account 1 year 3 month gone still my account blocked and what ur department doing nothing to say and which cybercell give u order to block account and still no investigation done indian banking system bad day by day.

    Even the open of payment postpaid is sooo easy but for closing you never see options easily. I don't know how to close. So, please @Paytmcare help to how close. #useless

    Hi @Paytm @BajajAllianzLIC I am trying to renew my bike insurance policy thru Paytm gateway bat from past 3 days it is saying some issue keep trying. If there is no such facility then please take that service out from app 🙏

    @Paytmcare @Paytm mene Paytm rent payment se aaj 5k sent kiye apne credit card se or card se pese cut gye or transaction failed show huyi mujhe or pese wapis bhi ni aaye or na hi koyi msg ya notification.. Please resolve this problem :)

    Sir @vijayshekhar. Thanks sir problem got resolved. Thanks @Paytmcare. Gateway started working. Only UPI payments inactive hopefully that will also activate soon. We already raised a ticket for it. Thanks once again
