Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@Paytm raised a ticket 3139030522 for payment issue. It was resolved without any call back or confirmation. Tried customer care number multiple times but CC executive was not available only IVR is responding. Using Paytm from many years but doesn't expect such a thing from Paytm
