Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

The customer service of @Paytmcare @Paytm is the worst. I have a Postpaid service activated on my Paytm account which they provide in partnership with @AdityaBirlaGrp which is worse. They don't calculate the due amount in the correct manner and they keep on calling as harassment

@Paytmcare Recently done my full KYC process and i got a letter from Paytm for address verification but i scan and proceed always there is an error saying something went wrong! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you
