Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@Paytm Paytm is pathetic at customer service. I made a payment which promised 8% cashback, it’s been a month, haven’t recieved till date. Customer care executives just playing along in the call and absolutely no response to e-mail. Who the hell to go to resolve the issue?
