Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@Paytmcare ordered soundbox year ago didn't realise it was rental and i didn't get any notifications for a year. Yesterday I received a SMS from Paytm merchant that I have dues worth 1500 note that I disabled my merchant account and didn't activate Paytm soundbox ever Help 🙏
