    Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 10 days passed and still no resolution. Is this Paytm’s customer service standard? No TAT, no escalation, no accountability. Kindly audit your support team before this becomes a major reputational issue for the platform.

    Booked a cancelled SpiceJet flight via Paytm(Tt ID: 200011475603). Was promised a full refund within 5–7 working days. It’s been over a month and still no refund.Customer support is worse, endless AI loops, no human assistance, and calls getting disconnected. . @Paytm @Paytmcare

To help resolve this, we’ve already reached out to our lending partner for an alternate payment option and are currently awaiting the required details.     Very disappointing experience with @airtelindia & @Paytm. Did ₹49 data recharge multiple times because my Airtel internet wasn’t working, yet even after repeated recharges the issue remains unresolved. Money deducted but no internet access.please fix this ASAP or process refund
