Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

Absolutely pathetic customer support from @Paytm. Booked two international flights from two different carriers and the name shows incorrectly on the Airline websites with tittle as suffix of the first name.

@Paytmcare @FinMinIndia @RBI PayTM is cheating millions of users. Mu wallet balance and KYC has been flushed. All fastag transactions and balance erased. No support from customer care. These guys are frauds and this is a scam. Please help, I am not being serviced.
