    Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

    have booked a flight ticket from Paytm of indigo and there Is a minor correction required in name so nither paytm supports nither indigo supports and paytm never gets call connected to customer care and indigo airline says please contact to paytm @IndiGo6E @Paytm

    It was primary app for me for everything until few years ago.. unfortunately.. now I don’t open it in months.. For UPI - I have shifted to Super Money | PhonePe For everything else like bill payments, recharges, gas, electricity- I have shifted to Amazon Pay. The biggest issue for me is not the absence of rewards on PayTM, which I understand in a long run no one can sustain but charging extra on every payment method for everything except UPI doesn’t sit right with me. On Amazon Pay, at least I can use their gift cards to pay and mostly they don’t charge anything if we are choosing Amazon pay through some other app and use credit card. Though, my best wishes to @vijayshekhar sir and @Paytm but maybe make payments with no extra fee for using Credit cards.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness Soundbox nit getting charged, unable to use services, if for a business owner you can’t resolve the problem in 2 days then what is the use of the service? Kindly tell me process to surrender the soundbox

    UPI made payments effortless. I’d build Paytm an AI agent that understands your money, remembers context, explains charges, fixes failed payments, and acts on your intent. From “Where did my money go?” to “Fix it for me.” One agent, not a dashboard. @Paytm @SarvamAI @Hack_Culture

    @Paytmcare What nonsense. All this while I was using the device and there was no security issue. Now all of a sudden there is a security issue. Are you’ll kidding??? Send me the list of devices which have security issues. What if someone does not have another device??
