Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

I request to all merchants pls don't use paytmSoundbox service. I return device & deactivating @Paytm & @PaytmBusiness app. Customer care also not provide solutions they said there are technically issue, it's hppning last 6 days ago. Worst services & looting money #DoNotUsePaytm
