Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

@Paytmcare Gone through the reply. I decided to stop using Paytm for Rent payment as processing fee is high. As a customer I just wanted to give you feedback and hope you don't loose other customers like me - due to high processing fee. #Nobroker - 1% only 🔥🔥🔥

then I asked them about bus star travels employee told his colleague "inhe chod ye online wale hain hume inse kya matlab" I tried to call paytm customer care executive for travels after waiting 13 min call niether get connect nor they respond on so called 24×7 help @Paytmcare
