    Dear @Paytm Your bank customer support is sooo sooo bad.... I am waiting for 30 min to speak with an agent... Ivr voice is saying stay in the call for maximum 10 min.. And here m on call more than 30 min please revert me back ASAP

    @Paytmcare paytm device not working from 10 days newly purchased before 1 month . Many calls to marketing executive he said will replaced soon on every call . Now not answering my calls .Only he wants installed device n achieve target . After that go to hell customer .

    @Paytm worst customer service. Done kyc multiple times and still wallet is not released. Sent my pan card clear images twice and still demanding for clear pic of pan card. Better to deactivate paytm.

    @Paytm i had requested for the fasttag closure for almost 10-12 days ago still the the fast tag is not closed and the Refundable money had not been credited the customer care service is too awful to provide anykind of resolution !!!!!
