This tweet only for RBI . India banking system corrupted fully and fool Indian people . Amount deduct but not deposit . Paytm phonepay pnb bank sbi bank they take 7 working day . But there is no rules for Customers. Your banking system tell on word server issue @RBI @Paytm.
