    @Paytm why u r cheating ur customer. I made two transactions from ur app by UPI lite and both the transactions have failed and now ur customer executive is saying payment is successful.Ur executive even disconnected the call without giving any solution

    @Paytmcare Kindly check dm sent required details 2 days ago. Its been a week I reported the issue in app & more than 2 days for tweet. Either there will be irrelevant response or no response. Sept-19-25 is the original buy date wd 1 year validity but u r saying June-19-25 6 mnths validity🫡

    @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?

    How much more time is required to fix a basic customer issue? This kind of delay reflects a serious lack of customer support and accountability. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the way my complaint has been handled. Such a prolonged delay is unacceptable. @Paytm
