@Paytmcare There is no way we can talk to your customer care. Your IVR menu keeps going in circles while ensuring your customer never reaches your customer care. My UPI payment is pending state since morning and I have no idea when the payment will be completed.

@Paytm There is a hidden charge of Rs. 38 in my paytm postpaid bill of February month. I raised query in 24x7 Help Center at Paytm app 2 days ago. Yet, there has been no resolution till now. Really pathetic service of Paytm. Very disappointed.

@Paytmcare Also your automated chat agent gives limited options to resolve any issue and there is no way to connect to executive from the chat. Ideally there should be a way to connect to an agent directly from the chat.
