    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.

    @Paytmcare Despite meeting all the conditions, I still received the same error. Because of this, I had to pay for my travel from my own pocket. I paid extra for ATP but didn’t receive a timely resolution. What is the purpose of this package if it cannot be used when it’s actually needed?

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank Trusting paytm is pain now. I felt it when needed a cancelled cheque for changing my bank account in MF Folio. Going to help and getting a dumb AI is real **** paytm is doing.
