I frequently call paytm customer they always ask me to wait and it's been more than 2.5 months for the same issue and still issue is not resolved. I have talked to airlines also they said they have initiated full refund. But still paytm is delaying it. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

the worst thing is, the Customer executives aren't even accepting the issue and saying there isn't any issue from our end, Your account is working fine. @vijayshekhar please tell what a customer should do in such situations? Also, No reply from @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare

@Paytmcare NO one except @Paytm ask for SIM Card access in APP. We have uninstalled long back. Now web log in not allowed with OTP. This is NOT the deserving experience. Please help delete our account @vijayshekhar
