The @Paytm app interface is so awful. There is no way you can chat with customer care, there is no way to call and connect with an agent. My loan payment got debited but the status still shows as pending. How do I confirm this and with whom. #worseapp #paytm #shitapp

@Paytmcare first time my money stuck on rent payment, "it's showing payment received by payment wait for 48hr" i always use Paytm and rent payment paid instent so please it's important to pay rents to landlord please resolve my issue
