    @Paytmcare It’s been 6 days still your are asking me to wait. Why don’t u mention in the app that for any issues happens in the transaction we will take whole life time resolve the issue. In app it is an ai bot not an agent. Here in dm there is no response. What else ur expecting me to do?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare really need to look after your bus booking service. The bus operator cancelled the bus last moment & i have raised multiple tickets citing the same. There is no update or resolution on it yet. Im gonna stop booking from you guys now on. Ticket ID: 200000345117

    Continuing, A lot of the amount is being paid in fees but Cross sell efforts are more than service resolution. Requesting the team to smoothen the service process and resolve this issue at the earliest. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
