    @malpani Agree, confusing app @CRED_club Customer service is one way traffic, you complain, but never hear anything back from them (apparently I cant add 2 Credit cards if they are issued by the same bank) Have shifted to @Paytm (they auto generate reminders & are lightning quick)

    @Paytmcare highly unresponsive behaviour towt customer . My Paytm soundbox is not working and from pas 20 days in am complainijnh multiple times but there is no resolution of the complaint.
