Very soon after the last payment I started getting calls to pay my remaining balance . I decided to connect with the customer service this time however it seems that they are not even reading my messages. They are just replying with their robotic responses. @Paytm

I haven't received the refund yet and such a poor customer service by paytm that no one is cared of refund just fooling customer by saying that we are working on it. Such a cheat is paytm that even now not receiving my customer care calls @PaytmTravelCare @Paytm #give My refund
