    I faced horrible situation near toll gate. This happened due to @Paytm . Even I tried to recharge also this not happened. Worst service from @Paytmcare . Customer care didn't reach on time. They freeze Fastag without any reason. #banpaytm (2)

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have already paid my due amount on due date and late fee charged on my account. I want to know that why @Paytm charged a late fee if i have already paid that. Please resolve my issue otherwise i will deactivate and never going to use it again.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I have already written to your team multiple times for kyc error issue on one of my number where wallet debit has been freezed. Every time I upload kyc doc it comes back saying verification failed n that after waiting for 48hrs. Is this your customer service

    @Paytmcare Please replace your technical team members as soon as possible.I didn't understand one thing is paytm's technical team so unskilled that they couldn't find any resolution for my issue since 3 months? I think due to large number of paytm users paytm is not valuing 1 user like me

    @HeroFinCorpLtd Your banner in the profile says quick resolution of queries, do you really mean or making fool of customers, it takes you people 3 min in @Paytmcare app to disburse a loan and it takes 17 working days to reply a query. Don't you think it's some kind of joke.

    @Paytmcare Postpaid has no customer support number. We can chat with computer Only . It's not helpful to solve the problem. I am now repenting that why i used this Paytm postpaid. Perhaps this would be first and last use of postpaid.

    Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, I received no timely response. After 3 days, I was informed that the voucher was finally working. By then, my journey was already over, and I had arranged alternate transport using my own money.@PaytmTravelCare @Paytmcare

    Paytm a big cheat company. Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.. unnecessary charges are taken by them. first they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer. That is our hard earned money. @Paytm @Paytmcare
