    @Paytmcare Tried several ways but to no avail . Unable to get my KYC done because my Adhar is linked to my old number in Paytm wallet account. Please help. The customer care has several times closed my tickets without resolving the problem.

    @vijayshekhar please work on your @Paytmcare services as well. For God's sake! Have a one stop customer care system to resolve issues which is conducive for solving problems. You guys suck at customer care services also your 24×7 help is a scam, there's no centralised system.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Please enable wallets/KYC options. It is really inconvenient for new users as they are not able to fully use the benefits/features of @Paytm It is my humble request to either enable wallets or enable the KYC verification. Thankyou, With regards, Your customer.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare the HR never responded to my emails, did not answer my call or revert. She called me after 2 days and has been constantly lying mentioning panel member joined. Nobody was looped on the same email. And then she says it was a technical glitch. How unprofessional!

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Nor do they allow you to chat with executives. In the chat they provided not so useful resolution. They asked if that helped or not and irrespective of the response they close the chat. It is a small amount, but the sheer petty of this service is unbelievable. @vijayshekhar
