@Paytm @PaytmBank @vijayshekhar 7. Then i try customer care it is a very large IVR they put there (At that time i was just thinking What if a normal un educated person try to reach to customer care ) i go to upi by pressing 3 then thet are asking another level of thing Enter UPI Transaction number

@kabir1057 @Paytmcare I went through same issue last week, my Instagram was hacked but norex_cybertech on Instagram got my account back within 15 minutes!!!!! Go look them up I am sure they will help you out

@Paytm you guys have the worst customer after service. Customer made the payment infront of me and there is no payment showing to me. The money us debited from hus account and no way I cab cantact the @Paytm support WORST.....

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Why you don't treat all the users same? I use Paytm Postpaid and every month I am charged a convenience fee but too my suprise, two of my friends also use the same service and have a higher limit and they are not charged any convenience fee.

@Paytm @PaytmBank @vijayshekhar Enter your 4 Digit PIN I enter correct And bot is saying it is wrong try again later and call cut automatically . Then i call again for long process 30 Minute and i choose another Method instead of PIN so finally i connect to customer care person representative 🚩😥 Thank god
