@Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

@Paytmcare I am waiting for the late fee waiver promised by paytm support. I have been tricked by customer support and wrongly charged the fee. I was told that by saturday it will be waived off but it never did and today got the reminder call for repayment.

@Paytmcare I always paid ontime. But @abfinance reported they didn;t receive emi from my end. It impacted cibil score Tried with 24X7 support. No option to mention my issue. cibil already went down and loans are getting rejected because of this. reachable on 8179442558

@PaytmMoneyCare I request to train team will prevent bad quality and escalations. Finally paytm based on service would get more business due and @PaytmMoney @Paytm could give positive returns to small investors like me since ipo. Not sure if similar support is there for #*** INVESTORS TOO.
