@Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

@Paytmcare Hi tech support after recent update of Paytm app I notice AUTOMATIC WALLET RECHARGE option, seems user has to untik every time if user doesn’t want to. Pls make it optional let user to set in app settings.

@Paytm Bad customer service. We complained about an issue and called the customer service around 4-5 times to get the issue resolved. They kept us waiting on the call for 2hrs but no resolution to the issue and they cut the call.
