    @Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

    @Paytmcare Hello Team, I have forwarded the same to Crime Branch as well and expecting reply. During this time, it would be unsafe to go out personally. I would request you if i don't get the support, please refund this time . If situation would have been normal, we would have gone out !

    @Paytmcare ohh my god its horrible service from paytm Just like an idiot i am on ivr sonce morning , spoken to a customer guy he disconnected the call i am clueless how to update my phone number as old number already closed and i am back after long ..! Total useless

    @Paytm @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare Paytm has raised a credit limit on my bank and I couldn't make any deposits to my bank. I have raised the issue got 188789731 as Query Reference No. I have uploaded the required details and selfie KYC. But I didn't get any response till now.

    @Paytmcare No you do nothing @paytmcare. I have been posting my complaint for last 28 days and there is no resolution, lastly I approached RBI complaints and wrote to FM, after that the receiving bank responded immediately but NOT THE PAYTM. VERY BAD SERVICE. Service complaint ID 187196841
