@Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

And this exactly what @Paytmcare has replied: As checked you had delayed the repayment of your Paytm postpaid in that specific month and the same has been reported by the lender we are unable to help you to regard the negative impact on your credit report. Please explain how?

@Paytmcare Hi I tried several times for sending and receiving money but my account is blocked with no reason mentioning and always pops out messages to contact with customer care for unblocking I don’t know for what reason why account has been blocked.
