    @Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

    @Paytmcare I want to complete KYC for my account but when I entered adhaar card number, I got an error stating that adhaar card number is already used for another account. Years ago, I had completed minimum KYC for the another account using my adhaar card number.

    @Paytmcare I had applied for surrender my swipe machine because of fake plan. My complaint was registered on 12 oct but still no body collect my swipe machine and my refund is pending. Every time i connect with customer care they told me that executive will collect it but nothing

    @Paytmcare Hi , Recharge on 9407097462  with BSNL of Rs 151 under the order ID 16468258023 is processed successfully with operator reference number 2990325264  on 08.Dec.2021, 08:25 PM . But we are not unable to view benefits, please resolve my problem.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare kindly look into ticket I'd -22052750719. Your customercare asking me to give screenshot of the offer. But my concern is why would I take screenshot of any offer. It can only be done if I had trust issues. Let me know if that's the case.

    @NandanK62054774 @Paytm I think sharing number on open plateform may lead U to such worst situation again so "your privacy is your own , & it matters a lot" . @Paytm I agree with you , because some Fraud may try to use login with number or my use multiple times invalid authentication.

    @Paytm I want to get my merchant account kyc authorized signatory name to be updated. Support call is just trying to transfer the call from kyc to merchant department, but none of them are able to solve the issue. Please Help!!!
