@Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

@Paytmcare This is with regards to the account against no 9811778470. The person is not in India currently and there is an amount against his postpaid account which he is not able to pay due to data privacy issues.The amount will keep on adding after a certain time. Please help.

But if there is problem in process of payment then it should be failed nooo! So that i can send him again.if somebody stuck at unknown place than he should Wait 2-3 days against the transaction. Very pethatic, @Paytm don't have Right to hold money 2-3days without any reason.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm I don't know how your team is handling customer queries but it has been more than 9 days since I have been having trouble with making payments from Paytm wallet to Google adwords. Ticket number 196306756. Please look into it and see how your team works.
