@Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

@Paytm your KYC service is not working bcz of that I am not able to load balance to my wallet and that is causing issue in loading balance to fasttag. I am stuck on the roads as fasttag show insufficient balance. And I can't pay double toll on upcoming booths. @NHAI_Official
