@Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I have already done my kyc and In profile its also showing kyc verified and on adding money in wallet its showing to verify kyc. What's the issue why I need to again verify my kyc and why there is no online kyc option?

@Dheeru08r @Paytmcare The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Multihackassist for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.

@Paytm your services are worst, I am trapped with the FAStag attached to it otherwise I could have deleted and uninstalled this useless app long back, unable to pay even 1₹, such a disgusting and pathetic app, no customer-care. 😡

@Dheeru08r @Paytmcare Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @Multihackassist by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.

@paytmbankcare You guys haven't cared to help for 4 weeks. What are you going to do now? The app asks for KYC, not online, but Offline on your KYC stores. And KYC stores have no clue about the process. I'm unable to use my damn Fast Tag which unfortunately is through @Paytm .

@paytmbankcare Dear @Paytmcare/@Paytm wasn't it supposed to be delivered by June 8th per the initial ordered date?? But you guys ended shipping on 8th afternoon.. no you say by 12th.. this is the example for degraded service.
