@Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

@Paytmcare I want to complete KYC for my account but when I entered adhaar card number, I got an error stating that adhaar card number is already used for another account. Years ago, I had completed minimum KYC for the another account using my adhaar card number.

@Paytm I want to get my merchant account kyc authorized signatory name to be updated. Support call is just trying to transfer the call from kyc to merchant department, but none of them are able to solve the issue. Please Help!!!
