@Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

@Paytmcare Don't create fake image that you are very prompt in replying and resolving issues. @vijayshekhar customer has to repeatedly follow up for the updates, and in response they are replying that we need some time. It's already 3 days!! Does your team needs 3 months or more?

@Paytm Order id: 18253994106 Electricity bill amount generated by my service provider APCPDCL on the service number 6511105005866 is Rs. 8,418/- Amount shown in your app and the amount I have paid the bill for is Rs. 11,211/- There are no dues or fines of any sort. Pls clarify
