    @Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

    @NPCI_BHIM I am going to shift to @Paytm to stay in india app. Was really putting efforts to support BHIM but it appears its just doomend

    @Abhinav27517819 @Paytmcare I am a Paytm merchant and my settlement is not undertaken by Paytm since the 24th of April 2026, the day Paytm bank licence is declared cancelled by the RBI and there is no response from the customer support after tons of messages and calls, initiated from my end. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @Bprathamm Booking ID 26949445691 booked on 27 Apr at 10:27 AM is still showing as pending, and my flight is within a few hours. There’s no way to reach your support team. This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve this urgently!

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I’ve noticed sudden deductions on instant settlements starting today, whereas no such charges were applied earlier. Kindly provide a clear explanation and review this issue at the earliest. #CustomerSupport
