    @Paytmcare your otp system is very outdated i think its take all the time in world but still did not sent otp and its not a new problem its very old i am facing this issue from long time.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare You need to teach your team how to talk to your customers first, then at least try to understand the problem if not able to sort then transfer to a person who knows how to deal with issues.there is no coordination between the executives & customer care.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank I am sorry to say but staying attached with paytm efroma a long time i have started facing issues with the Customer Service Executives. I have a fastag related problem of which i raised a concern and the reply i got was astonishing to me.

    I'm trying to make a Paytm business account for my Friend. All documents are totally verified but still, activation is under verification for 20 days and I try to call Paytm customer care executives (0120-4440440) more than 15 times but they didn't solve this problem. @Paytm
