@Paytmcare We have made a payment of rent through credit card on 30Dec2021. Money has been debited from my credit card but rent has not been credit to Landlord account. I contacted the customer care they said it will be resolved in 48hrs but I have not got any solution.

Dear @Vauld_ , Fix your INR Deposit methods. Bring back UPI transfer at the earliest. Atleast support IMPS, NEFT and RTGS transfer methods. Using MobiKwik wallet is a pain. If you really want to integrate a wallet, please integrate @Paytm . Waiting for the big update.

@Paytm i have earned some1000 points as cashback,vch was reflecting in my points history. These points were supposed 2be credited in my cash back bt it didn't happen. To my surprise now u can't even see d points in my A/c HISTORY.Pls help.Ur 24*7 service is absolutely disaster

@Paytmcare I had a failed transaction of Paytm postpaid and the amount is still not reflected. Is there any way to connect to customer care? Your virtual assistance should have that option to redirect.
