@Paytm @Paytmcare Why 24*7 CC number doesn’t connects and corporate office no. also doesn’t work and no option to chat with CC , only chat bot available. Is this good customer support?? At least show some concern and don’t be irresponsible just bcz Paytm is popular.

Is @Paytmcare have no rights to ask the merchant where you get rs 15000 from unknown account or name customer According to govt of India guidelines when merchant is received money in account the merchant is must bw show the bill number of recieving money.
