  @Paytmcare @Paytmcare This issue has been pending since 16 April and I still haven’t received my refund. Multiple follow-ups have only resulted in repeated “we are checking”responses. Please provide the refund ARN/UTR number and confirm when the amount will be credited. @jagograhakjago

  Trying to onboard with Paytm Business but stuck at the very first step. I’m unable to contact support since it says I’m not a registered customer — but that’s exactly why I’m trying to onboard.   paytm has gotten so bad recently. so many glitches, very slow. asked me to fkn change my UPI pin every two months. **** you @Paytm switching to google pay (which has a very seamless and quick onboarding process and a v clean UI)
