@Paytmcare What is with you all and your postpaid account? My due date was 8th and I paid on 8th which is today and yet I see a late fee for 590? What is this customer treatment? Honestly feel like switching to gpay or phonepay. So done with this issue repeatedly.

@suryabhogireddy @Paytmcare Many of such service providers charge convenience charge but paytm charges highest. Some like Amazon pay later, postpe charges 1/4th of what paytm charge Many with low spend limits charges nothing like lazypay, simpl etc Avoid using paytm postpaid.

@Paytmcare I have been in problems for past few days and hence forgot to pay the postpaid bills on the right time 7th Dec and hence paid it on 8th Dec bt u hv levied late payment fee of Rs 295 plz I am in financial stress and plz waive it off for one time it’s order ID 767369047

@Paytm How cheap, disgusting, and pathetic service, even after the billing cycle is over, you didn't close my Paytm postpaid account. Such a type of service will let u down soon.
