    Worst customer support by @Paytm fast tag team. I raised issue for my return journey discount. The team say it applies only on same day. But as per NHAI discount should be applied within 24 hours.

    Dear @IndiaPostOffice, Consignment No. EO887528444IN has been marked as successfully delivered, but the recipient (@Paytm & @PaytmBusiness) claims they haven't received it and is asking me for the POD. Kindly help me obtain the Proof of Delivery at the earliest

    @karaikude @Paytm I use generally Bhim after paytm issues last year. Have all options available though. Gpay, Amazon pay, phonepe etc. Use rare those. Today evening wanted to order something online where paytm has discounts that’s how got to know it’s down.
