    Worst customer support by @Paytm fast tag team. I raised issue for my return journey discount. The team say it applies only on same day. But as per NHAI discount should be applied within 24 hours.

    @Paytmcare stop fooling around and misusing merchant payments! I have been reaching out to your customer support team and not getting any resolution on my payment on hold since 24th of April 2026, precisely the date your licence was cancelled by RBI.

    @Paytmcare paytm business customer service is the worst customer service i ever faced, last time they scammed me with telling me lie about the monthly rental and deducted money and now again they gave me 1 rupee monthly rental soundbox and then changed it with 40 rupee rental

    Very disappointed with @Paytm support. I requested Soundbox deactivation, returned the device as instructed, yet you're sending another one again. I do NOT want this service. Stop immediately and confirm deactivation. Unacceptable experience. @PaytmBusiness
