Worst customer support by @Paytm fast tag team. I raised issue for my return journey discount. The team say it applies only on same day. But as per NHAI discount should be applied within 24 hours.

@Paytm @Paytmcare i booked train ticket and it failed but money deducted. You people will charge gateway charges asap without fail, but when it comes to refund it takes 3-5 days what a reclase service
