    Worst customer support by @Paytm fast tag team. I raised issue for my return journey discount. The team say it applies only on same day. But as per NHAI discount should be applied within 24 hours.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I have already written to your team multiple times for kyc error issue on one of my number where wallet debit has been freezed. Every time I upload kyc doc it comes back saying verification failed n that after waiting for 48hrs. Is this your customer service

    @Rakesh61310501 @Paytm Same issues 3 days back 10000 rs dedicated in account after 3 days it's showing declined by bank and it's not been refunded back I'm in very tight situation I need thr money at any cost what's happening there no proper update ..

    @Paytmcare i did one transaction on paytm add money of 1k .. on 24th feb.. But unfortunately both failed... But money got deducted... Uptill no refund has been initiated and customer care isn't supporting mee Or helping me... Please now help mee

    I did self payment on 28thFebruary at 9:57mins. My money was stuck. Said it would come in 2days. Today the payment failed was shown but the money has not arrived in my account yet. Customer care is not talking. I do not understand what to do. Help me @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @Paytm
