Worst customer support by @Paytm fast tag team. I raised issue for my return journey discount. The team say it applies only on same day. But as per NHAI discount should be applied within 24 hours.

@airvistara Please note that the total booking amount was of Rs.19629/- and not 5122. I booked the ticked from @Paytm and they have nothing to do with refund as Vistara will refund directly to customer.

It is so said that @Paytm @PaytmBuildIndia @AskPayPal is not verified my existing account, actually I updated Paytmapp which is why process to follow, sim is there deducted 1.20 twice in one time tried 5 times still unable to login, even Otp not coming, help
