Worst customer support by @Paytm fast tag team. I raised issue for my return journey discount. The team say it applies only on same day. But as per NHAI discount should be applied within 24 hours.

@Paytmcare What is the status? Would you care to respond? @MoCA_GoI, who is the authority which could help people in getting refunds from travel agents who don’t pay customers for cancelled flights? Also, All what travel agents do is to send acknowledgment of complaints.

@PhonePeSupport @PhonePe_ team In EB Bill, i believe u r using Cache while fetching amt TNEB calculated my bill wrong. That time I tried checking the amount in PhonePe. Now EB officials fixed it but PhonePe is still showing the old amt @paytm showing correct amt Pls fix this

@PaytmBusiness @Paytm I called to PAYTM helpline number 11th times about my Complaint but they are not replying me properly and not also anyone replying me in 24x7 message box. They all are saying same reply on call that they highlight issue. But nothing happening. Really feeling bad to use paytm. 🚫

@Ravisutanjani @Paytm is worst i ordered a watch from it and didn't get the cashback there was no support tried everything but not helpful was not able to connect customer care . Then i saw playstore reviews and it was all same .
