  Worst customer support by @Paytm fast tag team. I raised issue for my return journey discount. The team say it applies only on same day. But as per NHAI discount should be applied within 24 hours.

  & when I called to @Paytm support, the guy keeps repeating can't help in this. I travelled 60 km to board the bus & now I'm standing on the side of highway with no hope. Is it not a crime? Uncontrolled fare, zero responsibility towards passanger & worst quality of service.

  @Paytm Curious how the refund path is gated here — payment descriptions and customer notes are free text a merchant's customers control, so the model reading them to reconcile is reading strings someone else wrote. Read-only lookups I'd worry less about, but the moment refunds are trigg

  @Paytmcare @Paytm I've already tried Uninstalling reinstalling the app, Clearing cache and app data, Restarting my phone Unfortunately, the issue still persists. This is preventing me from accessing my account and using Paytm services. Please look into this and help resolve it as soon as possible.

  @Paytm @PaytmCare Stop repeating your policy! If the voucher must be redeemed in one go, why was there NO warning or alert on the screen before I used only ₹100? You hid the terms, trapped my money, and now you're escaping responsibility. Fix this UI flaw and refund my ₹2,281!
