  Worst customer support by @Paytm fast tag team. I raised issue for my return journey discount. The team say it applies only on same day. But as per NHAI discount should be applied within 24 hours.

  @Paytmcare absolutely pathetic customer service. AI bot neither understands the query nor allows to connect to an agent. My ticket (200012678155) is pending from more than 14 days with no response or updates. Trying to connect to an agent from last five days but no use.

  @Paytmcare review. The ticket was booked at 11:01 AM and cancelled at approximately 11:02 AM, within just 1 minute of booking. Please do not consider my refund issue fully resolved/closed yet. Kindly keep the case open and coordinate with Air India Express regarding the cancellation waiver

  I think I'll have to ban Paytm now. It's too much you guys don't have solutions to some problems .Our company has stooped so low that we cant even find a customer service number and there's no call option either it's as if we're criminals and being investigated. @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare @Paytmcare its already more than a week you said ill get a link for payment never i got, even i called the customer care many time they will say the same again wait for the link, is there any process really set up by paytm to handle such cases at all? No one has any clarity
