  Worst customer support by @Paytm fast tag team. I raised issue for my return journey discount. The team say it applies only on same day. But as per NHAI discount should be applied within 24 hours.

  Its so unprofessional behaviour from @Paytm and @flyspicejet that one can expect. Its been more then month they are still working on my refund. They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I purchased a jiohotstar gift card and when I tried to redeem it says already redeemed. Too poor and no help is being received. Poor!
