  Worst customer support by @Paytm fast tag team. I raised issue for my return journey discount. The team say it applies only on same day. But as per NHAI discount should be applied within 24 hours.

  Booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Vizag on Paytm with DMR Travels. During the journey last night, the bus broke down in the middle of the road and we were stranded for nearly 3 hours without proper support. Extremely poor service and I need a refund @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytm sold me a 20k worth gift card for MakeMyTrip valid for 1 year but it was blocked because of technical glitch since Oct 25(record showed redeemed at Lenskart 5k worth). They fixed this two days before expiry date (6th April) and now don’t want to take any responsibility .

  @Paytmcare hi I am facing a lot of problem due to paytm soundbox the battery is dead I have to plug the charger continuously and it gets switched IMEI 868210062074477 KINDLY replace this BOX ASAP or have to chose another payment mode app
