@Paytm Dear what a pathetic customer care u have ... complaining from last seven days for my refund on cancellation of bus by operator.but still u r not responding. It was my last try with u on bus bookings plz do d needful.

Worst customer support by @Paytm fast tag team. I raised issue for my return journey discount. The team say it applies only on same day. But as per NHAI discount should be applied within 24 hours.

@Paytm tumhare sab update bus users ko pareshaan kar rahe h. jinpe 2 paytm unke block ho rahe. jo bache h wo logout ho rahe. login ke time sim + sms hona chahiye. all these problems are making frustrated. Now time to delete paytm. don't know when u will block along with wallet money. 😑

@Paytm decided it to randomly unlink from my Uber and Ola account 👍🏼 then it refused to login 👍🏼 then I raised a complaint ticket which took 2 more hours 👍🏼 then they havent respond for 4 hours 👍🏼 I called the helpline and they asked me for the last digits of my voter id 👍🏼

@Paytmcare my account is blocked due kyc issue when I uploaded the relevant document. They are saying due to certain transaction your account is blocked.... Your call center and 24*7 and chat box is not responding. So much disappointed by paytm teams.

@paytmbankcare Have raised a Ticket 3162384325. Not resolved after submitting documents & proofs multiple times. Why are you making things difficult for a customer? Fix it at the earliest. Don't make an excuse. @Paytm @PaytmBank
