@Paytmcare what kind of customer care u are folks are running, it’s pathetic. Facing problems in my UPI acc & post paid KYC since a week & they are not resolved yet even after repeated CC calls & in-app troubleshooting. Treating ur customers like this will escalating ur IPO fall.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Payment of 569 is not received at merchant end. Merchant was using paytm qr code for accepting Payment. Txn was failed and money is not refunded in bank account even after 10-12 working days. Already contacted googlepay gateway for txn dtls.

@Paytm 37794288720 - txn id. This merchant is fraud. After getting payment, he doesn't even reply back and doesn't provide service. Can you please check this txn id and revert the amount ?
