  @Paytm @HDFC_Bank @vijayshekhar 📩 - However, we find that the transaction was made towards "HDFC Life Insurance" and we found that the Card holder Name was provided as "Vijay" and the Merchant Name was captured as "Vijay Shekar Sharma", due to KYC mismatch the letter was sent based on working captial policy.

  @Paytmcare under Ticket ID: 200012727553 claiming only a "Gold Voucher" existed. If Paytm refuses to take accountability for misleading UI and incorrect customer support statements, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and RBI Ombudsman for
