    Wtf @Paytmcare @Paytm There is no way to contact a human for customer support? Your AI raised a ticket, which promised a reply from an agent in 6 hours, but there was no reply for more than 24 hours. Your customer care number is unreachable Please reach out to resolve my query asap

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @flyspicejet My SpiceJet flight was cancelled. SpiceJet Customer Care has confirmed that my refund was processed to Paytm on 12 Aug. Paytm has still not refunded my money. I have already raised a complaint and sent emails, but there is still no proper response

    @Paytmcare @NasirRaine79744 Paytm, this is extremely disappointing. Multiple spending mandates are being processed across multiple accounts on the same day, and even after repeated complaints, they are neither stopped nor cancelled. Such poor handling very bad service @Paytmcare

    @flyspicejet What the hell is going on, @flyspicejet? Taking bookings and cancelling flights at the last minute is absolutely unacceptable. SG 709 (Srinagar–Jammu 29 Aug) some passengers are informed, others arent, What kind of service is this? #SpiceJet #FlightCancellation @Paytm
