I booked a flight from Hisar to Ayodhya scheduled for 19th Dec. It got cancelled and Airlines has promised a full refund. I haven't received the refund amount yet in my account and the Airlines is saying that they have transferred from their side.Please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar

Till today (29th Dec) — no resolution, no refund, no proper response. Only automated replies. My loan still shows active, and the wrongly deducted EMI has not been refunded. This is clear negligence, financial harassment & deficiency of service. @Paytmcare @SMFGIndia @RBI

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Paytm is completely misleading its customers. They are now claiming the ₹49 offer has expired, even though this is my very first rental deduction. It’s impossible for an introductory offer to 'expire' before the first payment is even due. @nch1915

@Paytmcare I have been struggling to raise an issue where paytm has received a refund from Indigo because they canceled my flight and there is now way to reach you pathetic customer service to inform you about the same. You should shutdown your platform if you can’t handle.

Dear @Paytm @PaytmCare,I booked a train ticket via Paytm on 15 December and it was auto‑cancelled as the ticket remained waitlisted. IRCTC has already processed the refund, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account and there is no proper response from support.
