It has been 15 days since we complained for the replacement of our paytm sound box and still we have complained thrice and they say they will come within 48 hours, we never expected such a bad service from paytm.@Paytmcare

People stop using paytm postpaid service they are nothing but crooks who siphon off money in the name of convenience charges & when you miss a single payment they charge a heft late fee, suprised how @RBI allowed them to function @Paytmcare is of no use they give copy/paste reply
