Hi @PaytmBank @Paytm @Paytmcare I blocked my Rupay card and opted for Visa Debit card for my paytm bank account.But when I'm trying to pay 250₹ to get ATM Card deliver at my home I'm getting error that "it cannot be delivered to my address".I'm KYC verified already.Please help!

@Paytm @Paytmcare UPI done to me from my friend on 11.06.2021 It’s 3rd day today and UPI not yet credited and showing pending UPI means immediate money transfer and if it takes 3 days then what is the use of this facility by Paytm. Poor management and worst customer care.

@Paytmcare i have been asked to update kyc to get an upgraded paytm first account. Once i paid all the dues from previous account & tried setting up a bew account, i am getting the messsge, paytm postpaid application not accepted. Where's the error?
