@Paytm it’s impossible to connect to a customer care executive on your helpline. Everything is automated. Even the 24x7 chat window has its own set of questions and does not allow to put forward one’s complaint. Please seriously look into this. Please arrange for a call back!!!

Hello @Paytmcare @Paytm just feeling so sorry to avail your #fastag as it's not being recharged due to kyc issue. Unable to complete re kyc as there there is some technical issues from your end. Feeling trapped for choosing Paytm fastag. It's ridiculous..

@Paytmcare there is fraud from my paytm account of 38000 from HDFC credit card that amount added to my Paytm wallet and used all money on mpl gaming automatically when I get to know about this I complaint about this and they blocked my paytm account reg no. 6393759675 please help

@Paytmcare I use my paytm wallet on daily basis and suddenly I am getting a message that I need to do kyc again since I haven’t used my wallet for over an year. Are you out of your mind ? Check your system glitch.
