    I recharged my metro card no. 56053724 on 15 nov. But i was unable to top up my card as card got damaged it's been 15 days i have not recieved my refund. DMRC said i will get refund within 7 days. Very poor service by dmrc and paytm. #16072588870 @Paytm @Paytmcare @OfficialDMRC

    @park_chemical @Paytm Because Paytm believes that spending more money on BCCI will help to grow instead giving benifits to customers. The amount that Paytm gives on BCCI ,if 10% of that would have spent on customers, Paytm would have been no. 1 without any compitition.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I have booked flights tickets through paytm (PNR EEI32N). Paytm Booking ID was 15212252336. We cancelled & Spicejet processed the refund on 09/11/2021 I've been trying to contact Paytm Customer care since a week for refund but I'm not getting any response

    @lvishh Hmm My wife has the same issue @Paytm sucks...you can allow to add money but you are forcing them to do the kyc to use it

    It took me more than 5 days to update number on Paytm all they have for support is chat bot method to resolve queries thanks to @Paytm @Paytmcare for keeping listening my queries and being active for looking out solution Suggestion please change support service
