    @Paytm @vijayshekhar Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    @N_and_ni @Paytmcare is doing scam in name of cashback. They offer cashback but not provide it . No proper and genuine response from Customer care also. I referred my 2 friends but cashback received partially. As per terms and conditions full cashback not received. Both are new user.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm You need to fix your app. It doesn't work on One UI 8.5 devices. Even on the backend, my flight booking is not confirmed on your end after the payment and there's no way to reach your humans. Tired of the useless bots you have.

    @Paytmcare That’s what I want to contest hence my post. The resolution you provided is that you washed your hands off stating that that gift card has already expired and my reasoning is my gift card was not available for me to use for 6 months because of glitch at ur end.

    @Paytmcare "Providing docs is NOT a resolution. My CIBIL still shows ₹10,060 overdue on a ₹500 loan. This is pure exploitation. I won't close my RBI complaint (N202627016003885) or give feedback until you waive these unfair charges & update my CIBIL to 'Closed'. Fix it! @PaytmCare @RBI
