@Paytm Dear Paytm, Please add feature of sharing Bank account Details as Vcard . It will make ease to transfer money by Old age People. As they face problem in adding account Details. Many time due to silly Mistake money got transferd to wrong account.(Same as contact send in wtsap.)

@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar l have tried alot to get the solution of my query but I guess the employees of Paytm is not well trained to answer the queries. My simple problem is my wallet is inactive and everybody is transferring the call to kyc, wallet,UPI. #poorservice

@Paytmcare I'm truly horrified by the fact that paytm completely got rid of their customer care executives and gave the responsibility of handling human problems to Ai. You can't resolve complex customer issues with Ai. We don't want automated response.

@Paytm Worst service Booked a bus ticket from paytm app bus was at late night. I was on pickup location but no bus come and not have any contact no. I talked to their customer care they said to wait for 24 hrs. but now its been 2 months no reply or refund received. I want refund.
